Bedroom was pretty small and tight against bathroom door, but we adjusted during our 4 night stay.

I would have loved hanging racks in each bedroom as the one in the passage wasn’t quite enough for both of us once my husband got to it first! Instructions on how to use the combination oven/microwave would have saved me a lot of time trying to reheat my leftover kebab 😆

We had a 2 bed apartment which was very spacious. Facing the back it was so peaceful and quiet, overlooking lovely gardens. The restaurants next door, kebabs, Chinese both fantastic food. Lots of others we didn’t get a chance to try. Huge Supermarket 10 minute walk, and city centre a very beautiful and scenic 15-20 minutes walk. Tram also outside the front door. Special thanks to the young man at the front desk (can’t remember his name, but great hair and a few tats😊), so helpful and friendly.

A bit of tlc needed in places but honestly so minor! It would be good to have a place to store luggage upon check-out like a locker or something!

The staff were friendly, it was easy to find, I loved the mix of modern & old! The room was a great size, had all the amenities it needed and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the little touches like slippers & robes!

The room that was advertised on booking.com was not the room that we were given, and there was a lack of chilling space in the suite. The hotel apartments are very far from the centre, which was a struggle at times, but the tram stop is close, which helped.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The place was extremely peaceful and quite, we slept amazingly!

Very comfy room with everything you may need. Even a dishwasher, iron, bathrobe and slippers! The beds are big, clean and comfy. The location is not central but well connected with trams right outside the hotel.

QR code access is annoying. It didn’t work for my room so had to use a key. Even that didn’t work on the second day. The room housekeeping was minimal, like bed covers just thrown on but the bed was not made up. Extremely small toilet room separate from the bathroom which was also small. Cupboards in the kitchen are so high that it is very difficult and dangerous to get items. Very poor lighting.

Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

The carpeting floor had a lot of stains, if it was one queen bed, size to avoid the discomfort while sleeping at night.

The airco downstairs was Loud and you can't get of the sound. The noice from outside is a little bit en when other guests are leaving you can hear this.

The location is perfect. In front of the zoo and te tram station for 15meters walk. In the appartment was it very nice , 2 bathrooms en two separate bedrooms

We could hear the wind in the night but it didn't bother us.

The hotel is next to the tram stop that takes you straight to the city centre in 10 minutes. The room had bathrobes, slippers and coffee. The staff were lovely and very polite. Check-in and check out was very easy. Would stay again in our next visit.

The second room was down a steep flight of stairs. Also our room was near the main entrance so you could hear guests entering at night. Should recommend to guests to be quiet when they enter late at night.

Shower was the only issue as it wasn’t very powerful but that’s just personal preference. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, rooms were lovely and spacious, bed was huge and so comfortable! We had our own little kitchen with everything you’d need for a few nights stay. Location was perfect, just a short walk from the centre and also right near a tram line, so very easy to get to places! Supermarket and restaurants all within a very short walking distance. Would 100% recommend staying here and we would gladly stay here again :)

The only criticism I have is that there was someone very angrily shouting at another person which woke me up around 3 am on the 2nd night of my stay - I don’t think the member of staff asked him to stop doing this, so maybe next time it would be great if staff could intervene, depending on the situation obviously! ☺️ It didn't ruin the stay at all though, and these things can’t be helped but just something to note

I loved the kitchen facilities which were very useful, the room was a good temperature with air con and and the bathroom was very clean and modern, room was comfortable and easy to access with a QR code.

the bed,,,i would have wanted a proper double bed , kingsize or queen the two beds not quite stuck togther not. good i though i had ordered real double bed.

Carpet was a little dirty and you can hear the air conditioning even when it's turned off. Also, the room was very dusty I'm guessing from that air conditioning system. But otherwise it was really great. We would come back again.

Great location - tram is right in front of the apartment. Entrance is with QR code which is very convenient and easy. We liked the size of our room and it was cleaned daily. Very friendly and helpfull staff at the reception.

Actually it was really good stay. I would say that the only thing which I notice it is really dark light. Illumination in the room is not so strong so you cannot recognise if anything is dirty. Also very bad illumination around bathroom mirror, really very had to do make up. And even to check your face do you mostly you see this bright circle mirroring in your eyes.

The property is located next to the zoo, so it means that it takes 20 mins to get to the city centre. Neighbourhoods is pretty quiet despite the windows were in front of the road. There was enough space in the room to feel comfortable to unpack and pack everything back. Also hosts provide a coffee capsules, tea etc. so if you want to get coffee in the morning to do need to worry about it.

It's a shame that there was no storage facility available for bags.

The room was excellent- spacious, modern, quiet and comfortable. The location was good and the staff helpful.
