Such a great location, close to museums, and cafes/restaurants but far enough away from the hubbub of central Amsterdam. The hotel is very stylish and comfortable, the staff are exceptionally lovely and kind, we had a fabulous stay. The hotel is on the No12 tram stop and we used this a lot to get around. There are great suggestions on the room information for eating out locally, (the Italian Le 4 Staglioni was very good). We had a wonderful breakfast, I’d recommend eating in the hotel before venturing out and about in Amsterdam.

Only suggestion for improvement would be to offer up decaffeinated coffee at breakfast . it was available in the rooms but not for breakfast. It's such a minor bit of feedback though and really didn't impact anything!

It was a fantastic hotel. Perfect location - in quiet streets, with lots of local places to explore. Close to the galleries and the park. The hotel itself was beautiful - great decor and well equipped. Most of all - the staff were so friendly and welcoming and really did the best to take care of their guests. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Our apartment 2, was in the basement and around 7 am it is noisy from the breakfast and all staff is changing in the basement area so i would recommend to avoid it. The floor was very cold in the room ams bathroom. They didn’t change the towels every day despite it being left the sign “ please make the room” I suggested to have sleepers for guests

The hotel is new, beautiful decorated and amazing location. The bed are very comfortable. The lounge area is so nice also the garden.

Buffet breakfast with very good selection selection of juices, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, hot drinks, pastries, plus the ability to request cooked eggs. Location is just off the beaten track but a short walk to regular tram to city centre. Walking distance of museums.

Need a dish towel or paper towels in kitchen. Just to wipe up and clean. Could be a little loud from the front desk, we could hear the phone ringing and some conversations.

The staff is amazing. Location was great for museums. The set up was perfect for two adults with a teenager. Good use of space, very clean! Loved having the lounge and loved, loved the music! We would love to come back!

I liked it all.

Everything was great, from the customer service and hospitality, the bedroom, the details of snacks for us and our dog in the bedroom. The breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. I needed to print some documents and the front desk lady was very supportive, she also helped us book dinner for the evening. The location is very convenient, close to parking areas and trams. I liked the welcome drink as well nice touch on our checkout they gave us some bottles of water for the way.

Everything! Location is perfect. Far enough from tourists and you get the feeling like living with the locals. Complementary drink and mini bar are a very nice gesture. Clean and comfy room. Staff members are very friendly. I could ask for a late check out for noon. Common area is quiet. Thermostat and a/c work perfectly.

Nothing really - we enjoyed the stay very much. It was comfortable and welcoming.

It was excellent. The staff were amazing. The food was plenty and was fresh and delicious! Our room was so big and comfortable. The dining room is transformed into a cozy lounge after breakfast. The added touch, an invitation for wine and cake on New Year’s Eve along with a hand written card and lovely box of chocolates. This place was pretty exceptional.

This is a cute little boutique hotel in a quiet, super safe neighborhood inside the Museum Quarter. It is very close to the metro and the Van Gogh Museum, which was a huge plus for us. The interior design of the hotel is super cool, especially the lounge area. Also, the service is 5-star for sure. They helped us with every question about transportation, neighborhoods, and things to do around Amsterdam. The bed in the room was very comfy too, and the room itself was spacious and wonderful.

Best location, nearest to all main museums. Very friendly staff. Very authentic building with a typical staircase (lift also is). Very clean. On Christmas 🎄 in the room a sweet complement from the hotel was on the table. Hand made sweets 🎁. On the first floor there is a very cosy lobby with comfortable armchairs and a good choice of vines. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it's very quiet.

Great location in the museum quarter, this is an amazing hotel in an amazing part of the city. We had a very comfortable family room, breakfast was great and the lounge area is really nice for a quiet drink\read a book etc. Exceptionally helpful staff with recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area!

The actual bedroom was a bit small - the bathroom was perfectly sized though.

Amazing location. The hotel is in a fantastic, safe neighborhood. The hotel had a really nice honor system and lounge for coffee/beer/other drinks which I really liked. Good recommendations from the hotel staff about where to dine - and frankly as good of a view as its possible from the very clean room.
