We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe process handling of administration is a bit slow. There is disconnection between the booking and the hotel. If only there is a better way for guests to get assistance in speedier would be greatly appreciated.
The location, dinner, and also the view from the room was splendid. The castle and area surrounding it was awesome. The cleanliness, handoek, and amnesties prepared by the hotel were sufficiently well. Breakfast prepared before destinated time which were greatly appreciated. Price was decent looking at the room. Good rest!

New ZealandThe hotel does not have airco, so it is warm in the upstairs bedroom on warmer days. The hotel provides fans, which was very helpful and the windows do open. It was not a problem for us.
This hotel is in the perfect spot. It is situated on the Maas and has the most amazing view. The breakfast and dinner in the Restaurant were amazing and the staff we friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well equipped, nice shower and the bed was comfortable.

NetherlandsThe price was a bit too high for a 3-star hotel, in my opinion. The room's layout wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped. The bed being upstairs and the bathroom downstairs proved to be a bit inconvenient. Lacking amenities like a zoom mirror and dedicated bike storage.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Stunning river view from the restaurant. Breakfast was tasty, although a broader variety would have been appreciated. It was the convenience of parking our car and bikes right in front of our room window.

AustraliaHard to believe that you can actually stay in such an amazing place, in the grounds of a castle right on the river. The suites are so gorgeous, on 2 levels with comfortable furnishings. The house restaurant is great and an excellent breakfast is served. Very convenient for the Maas Cycle Route we felt comfortable leaving our bikes outside the room.

although the weather was poor, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baron Frits. The hotel is situated on the banks of the river, thus easy to relax and watch the odd barge passing by. Dinner was taken early and did not disappoint. the food was local and prepared beautifully. The bedrooms were well appointed and a modern bathroom was on a lower level .

GermanyWas a bit hot, no AC. Also the TV in the living area is quite small. An extendable sofa instead of the armchairs would be better, a TV in the sleeping room would also be welcome. The room is not attractive for families with children, there is only a bed for 2 people, although there is enough space to accommodate at least 2 adults and a child. Although breakfast was more than sufficient, little things like homemade marmalade would be appreciated.
Breakfast was good, enough choices. Room is spacious, bathroom very clean, it leaves a positive impression.

NetherlandsIt was very warm and it would have been nice had we had been able to open the windows, but due to the lack of a screen curtain we'd have been bitten to death by gnats. At first it seemed a little claustrophobic, but it was just getting used to having a small lounge and upstairs bedroom. All in all very clean and comfortable though. Excellent place to stay overnight when travelling to Germany. Unfortunately work was taking place along the wharf below our room. But this is due to be completed in June 2022.
Beautiful location along the Maas. Lovely breakfast, service was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Food was served at the table. Hot food available if requested. Various breads, ham, cheese, salami and jams. Nice quiet dining room.
