Would have been useful to allow regular schedule for breakfast on Saturdays. Conferences start quite early and it's a shame you can't fully enjoy it.

This is really a hotel for the business traveller. Fine for me but others visiting The Hague for a vacation may find it too business like & too far outside the city centre.

Hotel was very convenient to my office. Room was small but clean & catered to my needs. Little self-serve shop at reception was very handy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was not very helpful, or not there. The extra charge for the fitness room advertised on the booking was too much (15E).

My fault for not checking but it's in the business district a bit out of the city centre. There's an annoying tunnel under the train tracks in between. There's a ramp to wheel bikes up and down, but not wide enough for a suitcase, so i had to lug mine down and up the stairs en route to the hotel.

I really liked the cucumber and mint(?) water in the lobby and the free fruit (apples were v fresh). A nice little touch.

I don’t think the hotel has air conditioning. If it did then the Air conditioning did not work properly. It cuts off in the middle of the night making it very hot and uncomfortable to sleep . Also no fridge in the room and beds are 2 single beds with 2 single quilts even though we booked a double room for a couple this myself and my husband.

Property was nice and good location next to tram station and one stop ride to Denhaag central station . Nice quiet location if you like to walk.

Fitness center is not gratis, it better to change. otherwise to change the price. The card was broken, I couldn't enter the room. Breakfast room, a place to put food. You should think about milk and so on. Soy milk and milk are far away. For people with allergies.

The funature could have been a bit more updated, the bed was big however it was a bit stiff but was not a big issue.

The view was amazing an the TV was acceptional. The service was nice and the place seemed secure as to go up the elevtor you needed a key card. The bed was a nice size too for me and my partner.

Mattresses way too hard. Eveything is getting a bit dated, like the rugs in the hallway. We first had a room with a window that was closed with duct-tape.

Easy to reach. Nice view. Very nice staff. Restaurant was great, breakfastbuffet was very nice with lots to chose from.
