We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumThe only thing that bothered us a little was the fact that we had to walk a certain distance to that free parking area (500 m). The parking space in front of the hotel was not allowed. We do not know if this is always so or just because there will be a marathon soon.
The location of the hotel is excellent, as you can start walking on the beach and in the dunes immediately. The room was excellent, very modern. Staff was very friendly.

United KingdomI paid one week my room couldn't have WiFi connection others rooms yes . I requested to the white old women that work in reception ( sorry I don't know her name ) She refused to fix wifi and told me that I can come downstairs and use reception WiFi. My was in front of sea was impossible to sleep something up on the ceiling every night with the sea wind made a lot of noise . I requested to change for that she refused as well , The hotel is NOT BUSY a lot of rooms free why they give the the room that doesn't work wifi and is impossible sleep?? DOESN'T COST NOTHING being human and by the way I paid one week I will never back again.

NetherlandsOur room had windows which couldn't be properly opened. It was very very hot in the room. No airco or fan.That wouldn't have been a problem, but windows which can only open 15 cm isn't what you expect in a hotel with these prices.

BelgiumThe personnel was not always ready to help (meanwhile 'talking' to other personnel...), the terrace was not what we expected (for a good view and to relax). The coffee machine at breakfast works slowly so you have to stand in line... not so lovely when you want to enjoy your meal.
The location is in the center of the town, within walking distance from the sea. The room was okay, with a terrace and the breakfast was good.
