Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe stairway smelled like pee in a way that could not be ignored and it‘s very steep. The house has seen better days. The rooms weren‘t dirty but it wasn‘t clean either. Not a lot to expect here when looking at older reviews. The double bed was very small. There are inconsistent statements regarding the smoking regulations in the hotel. Would not stay here again, but the staff was very nice.
Everything (the beach, restaurants, shops) can be reached within a 5-10 min walk. It‘s spacious and okay for the price. The rooms look way nicer then the house itself or the hallway.

GermanyBreakfast was not attractive, ham porkmeat and no other options. Presentation of the breakfast could be with more love /quality for the same money. I had a breakfast in a b&b the same price more quality. Lots of unnecessary small trash box butterplastic orangeplastic.
The location, friendly staff, toiletbin wasn’t emptied out from the previous stay. The entrance hall looked not well kept, but the overall smell in the hotel was nice fresh flowery.

GermanyThe address which i received via email was wrong, the reseption was in another street and anothey building. It was very confusing there where no signs on the address which was sent via email regarding to the reseption address. And later on i meet other people from 1 more hotel that they also were searching for the address. The rezeption was for 3 different hotel in the same place.

GermanyThe facility was bad. When somebody is using the shower, the faucet in the living room is making a loud noise even nobody use this faucet. That means the drainage is stuck up and creating this kind of horror movie sounds. Chairs are dusty and not clean.
The staff were nice and friendly. They are very accommodating.
