According to the photos, the house was near the beach and the water, but we had a house in a housing development, the wifi did not work, the restaurant in the camp was closed

Very nice large house, ideal for 2 families, nice garden, well equipped, nice campsite, good services, privacy, parking by the house, possibility of arriving at night, nice pool and well equipped mini market, overall nice place

Paying extra for bed sheets. No towels or toilet paper! We arrived late in the evening, no chance to buy them. We had to buy them the next day in another village. Beds very uncomfortable, I slept on the sofa instead. Only the pool was open, all other facilities were closed.

It was quiet and everything looks well maintained.

The indoor pool was on the cold side.

The area of the Netherlands we stayed in was peaceful and welcoming. Within a short drive was good amenities and high percentage of the dutch people speak English very easy to communicate with each other.

1. overpriced for the weekend, when we stayed 2. the furniture had better times, quite worn off 3. towels are not included in linen, so when we recognized that in the late evening reception was closed and we had to do without. additional price for towels is also not mentioned in booking description

No informational booklet in english, minimarket closed (renovation), restaurant on the beach also closed (construction), only option to eat in the premises is pizzeria charmless, not inviting and a bit dirty. Enormous amounts of bugs around the kids area. Many spider webs in the bungalow.

Pool, kids area on the beach, beach, bike rental, water sport possible, beautiful and very quiet surrounding, overall beautiful and well thoughts holiday center.

Shop and restaurant were closed, and we needed to drive to a nearby city to do the basic groceries.

Camping is located in a beautiful place. I highly recommend it for a peaceful stay with family.

Drogen is not working whit visa. Fish in the water missing. Bad is not good, because is a 2 separate beds. But everything except that was amazing 👏

All Restaurants were closed due to “renovations” but you could clearly see it has been closed for a long time an was empty Outside was loads off building rubbish laying around The “tiny house “ for 4 persons was max for 2 persons and not the house that was advertised and confirmed in the website and although we booked to bring our dog with there was no fence around the house

Its nice if they can have more dinning options.. but its not really a big deal.

Not sure why there are some negative reviews. It's a really good and nice place... Parking is available right next to the cottage. Good Wi-Fi is available as well.

Hello Sir madam, The chalet was dirty no care of the clients!! Thanks for your forward. I felt not great here from the service of the front desk of the park into madam called Kim don’t know what’s the client service meant. 3 days asked her to send a cleaner Because the garden not cleaned yet before the check in. I’m thé dirty chalet garden of all the chalets near me. Since 3 October I asked it and every day but no care. It’s felt not good here. Sorry to said it no any respected of the clients When you spoke with her many times at the resection Like she doing it as a compliment to helping the clients. Tomorrow is my last night I’m not enjoying as well at these services of such reception desk assistant called kom to contacting her no more. This is the truth Thanks for your forward Kind Regards, M Elsayed

We took a tiny house where 1 of the 3 sleeping areas had no ventilation at all, no window that could open. This got very hot during the day and impossible to cool down during the night. Generally bad ventilation/air flow in the house. Also would have liked better storage options in the kitchen, there is no place to store groceries or coffe/tea, while this could easily have been created over the kitchen bench. Found a medicine strip from previous guests under the couch, luckily before the kids did.

Facilities for children ok. Some of the playing areas overgrown with thistles, sometimes dog pooh around them. But the kids liked having the beach closeby and having the swimming pool

No airconditioning or fans in the accommodation. We paid extra for bed linnen and we got exactly none. The garden was full of ants and we didn’t get any towels or toilet paper. Its actually kinda sad paying almost a thousand euros for an accommodation for the weekend. We won’t come back, ever.

Very welcoming staff and beautiful houses

They treat people differently depending on the purpose of their stay. We were here for the Defqon 1 festival. Upon arrival they made us sign a paper with stupid rules like "don't laugh, or sing after 22" ( See the Picture for full document). Anyway having us sign this document means they knew we were here for the festival since they accepted our reservation. So why not tell us we can't benefit all the services they are supposed to offer to all guests/clients? We wanted to rent bikes but we were told as we are here for the festival this is not allowed. I would have picked a different place to stay if I knew we could not have bikes. Also this is super dangerous because you have to walk almost 3km, in a road that has no lights at all, at night, with drunk people that would rather drive than walk. They are putting us in danger just for the fact they are afraid we break a bike we could put a caution on. Anyway, I am really mad to have been treated like a crazy party animal that is just here to break everything. We are normal people, we work, we take care of our stuff and of the other people stuff. We are respectful just as anyone else, we just like a music that is different from yours, that's it. And euro parcs has the right not to want festival people, or not to offer the services, but AT LEAST inform us before and allow us to cancel the reservation for free if we really needed one of the services we can't access. Anyway, I'll be there at Defqon 1 next year, but for sure not in this camping that putted my life in danger.

Customer service is awfull The road to the hotel was closed, but nobody told us in advance - spent 1 hour finding the way We forgot several knifes at the premises and asked if it is possible to get it somehow - no reply again. Nets against mosquittoes could be very helpfull
