No tea/coffee facilities in the room (provided in the lobby). Room could have done with more furniture (wardrobe/ draws/ side space).

The room was comfortable especially with air-conditioning. WiFi was good. Ensuite was clean. Staff facilitated an early and late check in/out. Lockers are available in the lobby to store cases. Location is very near a wide range of restaurants, bars, and a short walk to Rotterdam tourist destinations, tram and train stations.

Nothing in particular however given the location it can get noisy at night especially during weekends. Also during our stay the neighbors had loud music until midnight which wasn’t helpful to get some sleep.

The hotel is not really recommendable for anybody under 2 meters tall. Shower, cloth hangers, everything is in that altitude. Check-Outtime 10:00 is a bit too early. Problems with payment, thogh this may be the fault of booking.com Receiption staff could not lokate my advance payment so i had to pay again. The matter is still under investigation at booking.com

The bed layout was a bit awkward. I had to climb over the bed to close the curtains.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. They gave excellent advice on where to eat. The location is excellent.

The room is too small for two and not enough space to put your staff. Even some shelves would be great. Also air conditioner is located in front of the bed, so it breezes right into you

The men cleaning the building next door started making noises just after 7am, and their platform/crane was right outside my window, so no privacy, unless you had the curtains drawn.... I booked the hotel via Booking.com and they had what I believe was a data breach. Scammers approached me with my name, mobile phone no., dates for my stay, etc. I raised this with both the hotel and Booking.com and they did nothing apart from offering their sympathy. It's shocking how cavalier they can be when they provided the means for a sophisticated scam. I will never do business with Booking.com again.

For a "budget" hotel, it ticked all the boxes, being clean, quiet, with a convenient location, friendly staff, etc.

The electric outlets were kind a slow to recharge my smartphone. No water cups in the room. Apparently an additional luxury. No public spaces. One comes in and goes to his/her/its room.

The room was clean, the hotel was an easy walk from the train station through the pedestrian zone. The receptio staff was helpful and let me know that I could work using my notebook in the city library in the station, which I did. The AH supermarket is across the street.

The rooms were quite basic, with a shower room in the centre of our room with partly clear walls which some of our party found uncomfortable.

The location was superb, being close to lots of local amenities as well as public transport services. The price was also really good value.

The room can not be cleaned because less than 5 days stayed. I am Surprised because this is unusual regulation for hotel. So that the towel was not changed and the trash can was full of our trash. The check out time is at 10 AM. This is too early. We can check out at 12 AM but must pay more.

The only minor downside was the noise from the air con fans on the roof ? I was on the 4th floor. It took me a little longer to get to sleep as I adjusted to the sound.

Very friendly and helpful staff on the desk when I arrived. The hotel was fairly easy to find and the bed was comfortable.
