No seeing anyone feels a bit strange , but at the end , the room was perfect and this is what counts.

Very nice design of the room, clean and practical, extremely confortable bed. I slept like a baby. The location is perfect to explore the town. Everything is in walking distance. The late checkin is done online , at no point we've met anyone but It all worked really smoothly.

We did need a microwave for warming up the baby bottle but further then that we loved everything😍

Air condition was noisy

We loved our cute apartment in Eclectic Hotel Copper. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable so we slept like angels. I love also love self check in and self checkout system. Very central location. We will be back.

Our room 204 has been on the last floor and stairs and not acceptable to people with disabilities. Even for people in good shape is hard to climb the stairs.

The hotel is next to train station and close to the old town. Perfect for vacation. Super clean and modern. All furniture are brand new and cosy. The bathroom is amazing.

Room airconditioning was terrible, i wouldn't go to this hotel with 30+ degrees summer. Breakfast was crazy expensive and also not as advertised. The photos show beautiful waffles which were not available during our stay.

These feel more like niggles, since the overall quality was great, but there were a couple less ideal points. Can't speak for all rooms, but in the one we stayed, the interior designers went overboard with form over function in a couple of areas: the bathroom, while large and spacious, had absolutely NO DOOR to separate it from the rest of the room, which made for an unpleasant awkwardness and lack of privacy; adding to that, the wardrobe was also placed effectively inside the bathroom, which meant all clothes got damp from the steam and never really dried up; there didn't appear to be any controllable ventilation (despite some apparent holes being there), probably just "natural" air circulation, which didn't help at all after a bath; last but not least, the "floating" toilet was mounted extremely high, making it uncomfortable for a person tall even by Dutch standards, and almost unusable for my shorter partner who felt "suspended" on it, unable to reach the ground, to the point that she preferred using the public toilet on the corridor. This could easily be rectified by installing perhaps a sliding door, for which there seems to be enough space at the entrance, and would fit the modern design quite well... Admitting personal preference, the bed/mattress and pillows were extremely soft, providing a sinking sensation that felt like a water bed -- we generally much prefer orthopaedic mattresses. There doesn't seem to be a way to regulate the temperature of the room properly -- the instructions mention that the heating/cooling system is centralised, and individual rooms can only adjust one or two degrees up/down from that. Fortunately, during out stay, the weather was mild and rainy, allowing for easy refreshment by opening the door, but I would not want to test this system on a cold winter day or hot summer day, as those a few weeks ago...

Recently renovated hotel with beautiful, modern furnishings inside. The location is excellent, close to both the train station as well as the town centre, with everything within walking distance. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful throughout, and most of all we could enjoy a quiet night's sleep even with a full hotel! One particularly nice touch was the fully-furnished kitchenette as part of the room, including every amenity from oven to sink and dishwasher, which made our stay much more pleasant and stress-free. Our room was situated on the ground floor, with entrance from the small private courtyard which even had a separate entrance. This was very convenient, private and cosy with the outside seating area, perhaps even a social meeting spot with weather permitting. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The room lacks a table/desk and normal chair; this is inconvenient when one wants to work. The breakfast service is good, but slow, lacks coffee (!) and starts only at 8am. Lot of things are automated (check in, QR code for info in the room; bit over the top.

Very nice place, tasteful interior. Excellent location next to the station and towards the city centre. Excellent bed and beautiful bathroom. Very clean.
