The room was full of dust. The cleaners could do a better job. They were in our room every day and they didn’t even notice we ran out of toilet paper.

There was some hair on the bedsheets and a couple of small random stains? Nothing crazy, kind of what you’d expect in a hostel. We didn’t know until we arrived but they have no lift and we were on the 3rd floor, the stairs were steep and tbh unsettling to climb up and down. One of our group had a fractured leg, he could still walk but was not ideal to climb 3 flights of stairs each day.

Location lovely and beside an ALDI which was very handy, staff were so friendly! Beds were pretty comfortable and we got our own bathroom which was nice. Price was incredible!

the place is very small. The cleaning service was poor, during the days we were there they did not change the cloths. They also didn't give us minimal things, like soap or shampoo. general cleaning very superficial

The stairs to the rooms were steep but it's like that all throughout Amsterdam so it's not a unique issue. Some of the people I traveled with didn't personally like the beds but I found them comfortable.

Really enjoyed the accomodation we stayed in a room for 5 as a group. The room was clean and the bathroom looked brand new location was alright it was beside the metro and tram so travel was easy. It's a very short walk to the Heineken brewery and museums. For the price it was great and I'll definitely be back. Closing note the staff was lovely

there weren’t any soap they only gave one pp a little pack thats both shampoo and conditioner and when we asked for soap they just gave more packs of that but there was no handsoap no shoes

the walls are slim in the rooms. so you con here some other visitors. nothing to worry about, just to be prepared for that. a bigger closet could be nice. but for a short stay it is perfect. i wish you would announce that you should come with your own lock and keys.

very good and simple rooms. very nice for the bought. nice clean good Wi-Fi and nice people. location id great. its quite and not next to the city main bars and entertainment, so everything is nicer. I think that a mini fridge in the room will be very appreciated.

The wall was thin so I often heard other guests speaking loudly at night, which was annoying. The hot water in the shower was unstable and once the water was basically just warm and I had to finish my shower very quickly. A 10 euro cash deposit was required for the key card, which was fine and you could get it back when check out, but if you don't live in Europe and want to spend all the cash before leaving this would be a pain.

There are many guests at the hotel so there may be some noise when sleeping.

Nice location close to metro and trams. Can walk to nearby attractions.

Since it is a budget hostel they can offer more things in loby such as free coffee , kettle and more kitchenware. Our room was on 3rd floor and stairs are not easy , it is not recomemded for families with kids.

Hotel is really cost effective. It has great location and inside city you do not need any public transportation. Room was really clean and it has enough space.

Note that there isn't any lifts, so if you have heavier luggage this could be inconvenient as the steps on the stairs are narrow. Room is a bit small but is good value for what you pay for.

Good value for money when you want a private room for just a few people. Also had an excellent location that was within walking distance to most attractions and easy to take public transport to other attractions further north as well (though a 25 mins walk is also doable!)

I felt it overpriced for how basic the room/facilities were. No "do not disturb" signs meant we got woken up by the cleaner every morning.

The room was very dated and dingy. They supplied us with one single use shampoo/body wash packet for a 3 night stay. The walls were dirty and the shower was awful. Beds were not made during the daily service and as far as I could tell nothing was cleaned during that time either - just new towels given. They also charge a €10 cash deposit on all key cards. You do get this back when you return the cards at checkout but you need to have cash on you. The walls were also very thin and you could very easily hear the people in the rooms above and beside you. Overall it's a good budget option, but definitely treat it more like a hostel than a hotel.

The location was great, within a 30 minute walk of everything! Right across from an Aldi, close to the Metro, and near some awesome Italian restaurants. The price was also great for the location.

We were on a 3rd floor and the stairs are very steep but that's normal in Amsterdam, just watch out if you are not able to. We didn't know that we weren't gonna get towels but you can rent them for 1€ each.

The location is excellent, walking distance from Leidesplein where all the night life is. It's also very close from the Van Gogh & Rijksmuseum so very much on point for people who also want cultural things. The receptionist was super nice and helpful and you can also bring your own food (or warm it up in their microwave) and eat in the lobby (there are tables).
