Perfect size, warm and comfortable. Had all we needed. We drove over from the uk and so it was the perfect location for buses and leisure activities.

The hygiene was compromised - there was some hair in the bathroom left and the blankets of the beds were dirty. Bear also in mind that you'd pay extra for sheets cleaning, if you don't bring any with you. The mailboxes with the envelopes correspoding to you reservations (with letters, not numers) are located not on the left of the reception, they are located on the left side of the building where the reception is - you might find it confusing and hard to understand, if you arrive outside of check-in hours because of a delayed flight and it's freezing cold outside.

It was comfortable and well-furnished house with everything you'd might need. The bugalow was actually one of many, since it's a giant park with lots of different types and sizes of houses so it's great if you have other companies with you - to be next door to your friends. There is a museum nearby, on some 10 minutes walk outside the park, there is a restaurant on-site as well. The park is easily accessible from the bus stop nearby, where there's another restaurant, if you're not with a car.

It’s a little far out of town, meaning taxis are needed. Also, you have to keep turning the thermostat up as the heating switches off; which at night is cold

Lack of improved signage to locate the designated house,especially at night.Operating the pellet stove was challenging due to lack of English instruction.Had to track down the manufacture on line and get some help.The reception staff at the camp was not very knowledgeable.

Damp smell in the house, mold in the corners and behind beds, no towels, kitchen cloths, only one toilet paper roll. At the reception you had to ask for everything (where is the pool, what services do they offer, opening times of restaurant, reception, shop, etc.), as you didn't receive many info (only the location of your unit) upon arrival. Gym/sauna area was also full of leaves and not particulary clean..

The houses are very close together and so privacy is limited. It was very far to walk to the refuse disposal unit to drop off garbage. Poorly signposted. Not sure if a lift with their small caddy can be arranged.

Clean and well equipped. Staff responded quickly to messages and requests. Extremely close to southern entrance to de Hoge Veluwe National Park and nice forest walks in the vicinity. The Parc has an online shop for food deliveries the next day. Convenient access - the bus stop to Arnhem was a short walk away.

Food in the Restaurant inside was not so good. We cooked our Breakfast more often and had dinner in the Pancakes Restaurant around the corner. Swimming pool could have had a hairdryer.

The location was great - closer to the Zoo, some of the Castles and Farms. It is a big enough place to walk around and spend time inside the Park itself. My Son enjoyed a lot playing, swimming, jumping in Trampoline, etc. Parking in front of the house was helpful. Once we ordered Breakfast from the shop, and it was awesome. Heating was great. Bathroom was clean and was small but enough (i am 6'2"). Kitchen was equipped enough.

We couldn’t leave the windows open at night my wife was bitten 27 times so we had to leave the inner doors open which gave us no privacy as we was sharing with another couple

Not that I didn't like, but the Tiny Houses are just that! The bedroom on the mezzanine didn't give much headroom! This is just an observation, rather than a complaint!

Lovely place, very quiet and clean. We were attending a wedding at Westerbouwing so it was perfectly located for us.

The staff was friendly enough but everything took SO LONG. not enough staff at reception meant to buy some milk I had to wait more than ten minutes to pay because someone rented a bike. The same happened every time I had a question as well: just long waiting and no one ever apologised for that either. The worst experience was the on site restaurant. One night we arrived at 19:45 and were totally ignored (no hello no nothing) for twenty minutes. Then someone came and told us the kitchen closed at 8pm so we could not order food ( advertising says the restaurant is open until 9pm). Also here: no apology. We came back on a different night and the food was not good: Kip Sate was edible, but the pizza and schnitzel were both basic and not well cooked. Throughout the evening the service at the restaurant was also slow, despite it not being very busy. We had to wait half an hour for drinks. Would definitely recommend for other travellers to stay away from the boshuis and eat elsewhere. I work in customer service and do not say these things lightly. I know how hard these jobs are. But they are still your jobs and we saw no effort of staff trying to go the extra mile or even just doing their best. The service was very basic.

A lot of basic kitchenware that permits preparation of cooked meals for a family of 5 is missing, including dish-cleaning amenities forcing everything to be stuck into the dishwasher.
