It would be be good to have more information on the tiny cottage and what items are available. The pillows were too soft. Swimming pool did not work but it was nice that alternatives were provided.

The Europarcs app didn't work at all. Had to phone several times to have it up and running and even then I couldn't order the services we wanted. Pre ordered the service by phone then, staff wrote it down incorrectly twice so had to phone in several times to get it all straigtened out. A lot of hassle for just a few services. The bathrooms are really inadequate for such a large group. There is only 1 shower for 8 people upstairs and the one downstairs has no door.

The outdoor water had some green algae that was milky and felt unsafe to swim in. They also advertised with outdoor waterside and there were non.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very peaceful park to walk, pet zoo and sand beach was a super attraction for our toddler, easy access to supermarket and restaurants inside the park itself. Wifi connection was good. Overall the experience was nice and it is recommended and value for money. Easy check in/out as well.

There is something that bothered me a lot about the place, which is the lack of transportation close to the place, and we asked the resort management to bring a taxi two days before our appointment, and it was not available.

It would be nice to offer the basic equipment during the stay. It's not costing a lot and makes a really good impression to offer towels, toilet paper (for alla days), coffee and tea.

Our house lacked some amenities for cooking (spatulas, cuttingboards). Also be warned that besides a small package with one toiletroll and some stuff for the dishes you'll have to bring everything yourself.

The holiday park is big and has a lot of facilities. The houses are decent and ours was quite comfortable.

The cooking utensils needs upgrade.few of the things like WC seat needs repair.stand fan should have been provided in the summer months as it gets very hot but you can not open windows as there is prevalence of mosquitos and other insects.

The property has ample space and has its own car park.it had a nice garden where we could barbecue.the swimming pool and outdoor pool are very very nice.the super market has all essentials to be needed. And Staff are super nice.

The house could use a little bit of maintenace . Walls were very Dirty . They have a Nice indoor pool That it is close at 17 ? really there is no wat that they close your pool at 17 . Pool was clean and perfect but it should be open longer.

Nice location and the camping is really nice lots of playgroudns, it is posible to rent bikes and skelters . I liked the camping .

Whilst the property is lovely, we visited in the summer and it was hot. There were no fans or AC provided and this meant that the evenings were a little uncomfortable.

The chalet was spacious and well decorated. The location of the chalet in the park was very nice and quiet.
