ItalyThe market is very small and it is poorly supplied. At the restaurant the kitchen closed at 8 and if you just want to drink it closes at 9 . We stayed the second weekend of May and were disappointed with these times .
The our location was amazing,beautiful furnishings . We played tennis many times and we didn't pay any extra(they also offer rackets and balls for free)

United KingdomMosquitoes (can’t be helped with lots of water)! Beds were ok - all singles but no doubles.
Spacious accommodation with a feeling of home from home. Plenty of dishes and cutlery, spaces to store clothes, separate toilet and sink upstairs plus sinks in upstairs bedrooms, shower with toilet downstairs, little slide in the garden and table with chairs. On site facilities - outdoor and indoor swimming pools, beach area with playground, jumping pillow and swings, on site bike hire and local boat hire plus more! Towel hire available which was useful! There were organised activities for children and the staff were very helpful and friendly!

Dominican RepublicInformation provided in check in did not include that we could not enter the facilities after 11:05pm, this was very unpleasant to come from Amsterdam with supermarket bags and luggage and not be able to come in and park inside; this should be information that in check in should be told and given exceptions to people that have come for tourism purposes. On this same note, they say quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am; and there was one night that kids were playing outside loudly until after midnight.

UkraineAccess by car to your chalet closes at 11pm. I agree with such a rule if it worked for everyone, but some tenants have 24/7 access. If they paid more, then we don't care about the rest (( No screens on windows (mosquito problem) When I checked in, the living room was not very clean.

AustraliaWhen I booked with booking.com they assigned me a different unit. But at arrival they said at europarcs it was long term rented, so they gave us another accomodation. However I prolonged my stay with 3 days and that was not communicated to Europarcs De Rijp, so when we arrived the accommodation we got was filthy and we good not accept. But at reception they managed to give us another accomodation (which I rated above with excellent) and we got a voucher for a beverage and snack.

AustraliaFor travellers from Australia where linen is usually included we had paid extra for the bedding linen package which included a really comfy pillow , sheets and pillow cases and a warm doona or duvee … but this didn’t include bath towels or a tea towel to dry dishes. They provided a drying rack for dishes instead. Europarcs also provided only 2 dishwasher tablets, a small vial of liquid, and one roll of toilet paper for a five night four person stay.. luckily we brought some extra rolls on our trip. During this quieter time of the year reception is located 500m from the boom gate… We couldn’t get through and the call function wasn’t answered on the boomgate so we had to glove and coat up and walk in. Lastly, the park has great washer/dryer facilities but these were very expensive but easy to use.
Loved lots about our stay here… from the views, canals and wildlife on the way to the location being convenient for seeing Amsterdam and other locations ( such as forts for the New Dutch Waterline) Friendly staff who provided all the details and facilities on.check in. We especially loved the cabin we had selected with expansive living area and modern kitchen and bathroom and great furnishings. Beds were super comfy. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave… we would recommend this for any family visiting the area.
