We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room (Junior suite) was old and tired. The bathroom is desperately in need of bringing up to modern standards. Paper cups for making tea or coffee is insulting to your guests.
The staff were very attentive & helpful.The choice at breakfast was also very good. The double bed was large and comfortable.

United KingdomOne male receptionist was just plain and without any energy. Cleaning room servis was debatable- room has been cleaned every day but only in basic measures (sheets, refill, towels, bins, toilet paper, etc), but I've found a lock of hair on the bathroom floor ((which I've cleaned after a week of my stay (I gave the staff some time to redeem themselves)- I've stayed for 19 nights)) and dust on the very top shelf inside the wardrobe, and on top of it. In the bathroom was 2 washing containers (handwash, next to sink which was full; body wash, next to shower which was empty - why would you fit branded container next to shower and leave it empty?) Carpet supposed to be hoovered everyday but it wasn't very meticulous. Super small TV, that you couldn't enjoy from your bed. Chairs in my room (208) was scuffed, worn and looked scruffy and unappealing.
Female staf on the reception was very friendly and helpful. One of the experienced receptionist (Suzanne) was super understanding and super nice when I've raised a complaint in regards to lack of shower gel and dirty floor (lock of hair) in by bathroom - she gave me a mini shower gel for free and apologised for the inconvenience. Staf in the restaurant was pleasant and nice. Wellness facilities was very enjoyable and relaxing (full naked). Food in the restaurant was decent (I've dinned there almost every night) apart from one time - ordered Cesar salad and the chicken was bone dry and overcooked. Gym equipment was sufficient for full body workout.

NetherlandsToothpaste/Toothbrush not provided and no option to buy at the hotel, so make sure you pack it. Would be nicer if the TV was a little bigger, it was < 30 inches in my room. Gym should have a sanitizer liquid available to clean the equipment after use.

LuxembourgIt is time to make some renovations. Like the bathroom door, the cracked door frame, the tables. Invest in some bigger TVs, the one we had was really small. The room was on the first floor and if you open the windows smoke comes in from the people smoking there. Make them go somewhere else. Actually, I did ask for a room at the highest possible floor. I am quite sure there were some available but I was not in the mood to debate. I was hoping for one bed big enough for two, we had two beds next to each other.
The room was big enough and so were the beds. The curtains did block the light well. Breakfast was good. I have stayed in many, many hotels over the years, I can tell you that I have seen this breakfast choice in almost all of them. Nobody eats beans for breakfast... no idea why they keep offering it. The bacon was quite good, so were the fruits breads and pastries. The wellness are was big and quite nice. Free parking next to the door.

Very nice recently build hotel. The only minus is the irritating request to pay 3 euro at the reception at checking in. When asked what it is for the answer is handling charge, When asked again the answer is tourist tax. It is an obvious way to get en extra 3 euro of every guest at Fletcher. They have been doing that for a while. Not a got idea.

FranceAt the reception on arrival, they did not describe the services available in the hotel. We had to ask about everything to get an answer. At our arrival, they first offered us a room that was dirty and has not yet been cleaned. We protested, and we were offered a new room, but whose carpet was stained (just like the first one, by the way...) The room service was not very good : they forgot to put a spare towel on the 2 that were to be changed. They also forgot to put 2 tea bags on the 2nd day of our stay. Wi-Fi didn't work at all :-((
