How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We moved beds from each other a bit, and it was really dirty there. Next day the room was cleaned but not this dirty place between beds 😆 There wasn't shampoo and hair conditioner. I asked the personal, it's not supposed to be there. It would be nice to have a small fridge. TV was old, it wasn't possible to watch Netflix (with our own account).
The location is nice - shops and restaurants are close, the bus station is not so far.

Quality of the pillow. It's too "plastic" and unconfortuble for the neck. Pillows are most important for a good rest. Please invest in down pillows (dons ).

Bed was super soft and it was moving the whole time. Was not comfortable sleeping at all. Breakfast staff the second morning was extremely rude to us, because our children were laughing too hard and wanted to sit on the sofa instead of on the tables. The woman that was on shift was extremely rude, even though we cleaned up all the mess that our kids made while eating croissants. We had to wait more than 15 min for a baby chair, for our 1 year old. And then the chair was extremely dirty.

It was ok. Nothing super special and breakfast was average.
Friendly staff. Handy for work location. Shower was functionally good if not aesthetically. Clean and comfortable.

Nothing the hotel can do about it but the parking is not secure. It's on a desert shopping mall, Park next to a bigger, more expensive car :-) Be aware that the hotel is inside a football stadium. There can be some noise when teams are present.
Everything is perfect - nice rooms - Breakfast is very good.

Before paying for the hotel, check whether the ventilation is working in the hotel. In the rooms the windows do not open and if the ventilation does not work, as in our case, at night you will not be able to sleep and give up. It was just awful! The room simply lacked air and had to open the door to the common hall. I think that such details are not quite correct at a sufficiently high hotel price. Everything else at the hotel was great.
A beautiful hotel with a large free parking, close to many shops and cafés. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable if not for one but...

Get better pillows.The tv was flat but not smart,so you have to watch only the channels which are standard available. The shower could be upgraded. The entrance,reception I think could be upgraded.The hotel is nice overall ,but with some upgrades could be very nice one.To me personally, a smart tv is a must for such hotel.
Good location.Friendly staff.Free parking.Clean room.Clean bathroom.Beds are comfortable.

The Fletcher restaurant offered very few main menu choices. (not inviting). That is why we did not use it. The Italian restaurant on 5th floor offered a variety of good meals, however our bill showed higher prices than shown on the menu card (‘they had no time to adjust’, they said on two occasions) No facility and permission to load our e-bike batteries
Good room and good breakfast and good safe quality e-bike storage facility (the last was most important)

The bathroom ans toilet wasn't cleaned properly so I could see droplets on the walls of the toilet and bathroom.
We forgot some items in the room, and it was shipped to us. The staff were lovely, and the room very beautiful

An iron to iron my clothes, and a bike in the gym. The two bikes right now in the gym are spinning bikes.
Location. Shops, restaurants, supermarket, everything was on walking distance.
