No good light in the room, and the room was a little bit cold so not sure how the heating worked since its an old building, the elevator was quite old as well so it was quicker to take the stairs.

Very good location, in central Rotterdam with access to everything. The room was clean and it was ok for staying one night.

The mice in the room and the staff lying to me. I was told I would get a refund as I checked out the same day due to the mice in the room and how unclean it was but i would have to go through booking.com. When I went to claim my refund I was told I couldn't get one.

The room looked clean but the smell of desinfection and cleaning supplies was awful and didnt go away all night. Inside the hotel it still looked like its under construction.

Hotel is in the City Center. Price cheap.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Booked this hotel for 2 nights. When we entered the room there was a disgusting smell which they said is the spray for the curtains. We tried to leave the windows open so the room could get fresh air. However the windows could barely open and what you could see from outside the window was more disgusting. That place was never cleaned before. My dad was feeling allergic of the smell so we asked to change the room. We had to pay extra but still the smell was there. Considering it was giving difficulties on breathing we asked to change hotel and cancel. However, the response l got was you can email the manager who only shows up on Fridays and we don’t know when you could get a response. They put the blame on Booking.com and we contacted Booking.com. The feedback we got was amazing so even though the booking. Com team asked the hotel to refund us and cancel the booking, the hotel didn’t agree. We had to leave at 5 in the morning because my dad was having serious issues of breathing. And the hotel didn’t even care. We left with paying 2 nights and only stayed half a night. Hotel was never cleaned before that is why they used the strong spray to remove the smell. Service was terrible, so save your money and book somewhere else.

Shower knob was broken. Radiator was stuck on its hottest setting, the room was like a sauna. Couldn't connect with internet - had to use mobile hotspot from phone. NO HOOKS ANYWHERE! Couldn't even hang up our towels, and there was nowhere else to put them! couldn't hang up coats. Had to use very shoddy wardrobe with little room. Reading lights were blindingly bright.

Nice reception staff. You can open the bedroom windows.

The hotel room was really cold and it was noisy, you can hear what the neighbors were doing. In the morning the fire alarm rang even though everything was ok.

My worst experience ever. It was 6 C degrees outside but they didn’t turn the heating on. I told them several times but they didn’t listen to me. They asked me to write an email :) I did and no one responded. In the last days also there was no proper hot water. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid this place if you respect yourself as a human being. They disrespected me and left me in a cold room for two days charging exaggerated prices due to the marathon. Shame

the hotel is pretty old, it should be two stars instead of three. I couldn't sleep at night because there was no sound isolation in the room especially windows double glass. there are discos and bars in front so all the people that screaming at night in streets and music from discos you can hear

There were mice in the room. When I laid down to sleep, I saw a mouse in the corner of the room and one on the other side of the bed. Got moved to a different room, that’s where I found bed bugs. It also reeked of bug spray and cigarettes. Avoid at all costs!
