The car parking was full but finally found one spot after a bit of searching. They have an alternative parking 200m away if needed.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The biggest surprise was mold in the shower. Housekeeping seemed abit lax.

No milk in the room for tea/coffee, and only one of each teabags. We had food from the bar light bites menu but was all deep fried so not super impressed with the food.

The reception area and lounge/bar area were very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Loved the pool too.

Could not get a table in restaurant on Thursday evening despite trying to book it a week in advance.

Breakfast was very good. Nice that tables were reserved for dog owners, but the tables were taken by non owners!

The toilet in the bathroom would suit in a childcare facility, but it not suitable for adults. It’s ridiculous you have to pay for parking as guest.

The rooms are somehow not really clean, spiderwebs, some mold in the shower, and it had nothing to do with the daily cleaning request,the room was already at this kind of dirtiness at the start of your holiday. In addition the staff is really friendly, but it seems that it is lacking in a bit of oversight, everyone is doing everything but then they loosing the oversight and people waiting very long to order or receiving their food and Drinks. I assume as soon as you.get some straight tasks addressed this issue might be solved

First of all ,this is our second stay at this hotel and we ca for sure say, Friendly staff,great breakfast, and the location is really good for walks in the forest and beach

Too many additional costs: the parking (14 EUR for the stay), slippers for the room (2 EUR per pair)... The breakfast is ridiculously expensive, as well as the restaurant. As for the TV, English and French speaking channels were unavailable.

The room was spacious, although quite old. The bathroom was modern and clean, with an Italian shower. The staff was polite and multilingual (at least Dutch and English). The wellness center (sauna, swimming pool, fitness room), included in the price, was a nice touch.

When we arrived, the hotel staff informed us we had to pay for parking on site and also the breakfast would be 22 euro each if we wanted this. Also the restaurant was full so we could only eat from the bar snacks menu. My husband has a severe gluten allergy so choice was very limited. Just felt like we had already paid a lot for the hotel and being greeted with more costs as we check in didn't feel very welcoming. Not sure why parking is not free as it is on site. Also, breakfast seemed quite expensive.

The dinner was okay but not great. The standard and cleanliness of the hotel could be greatly improved. The carpets, showers, balconies, furniture, etc.
