Location is within walking distance of Breda City Center, but shortest way is closed by locked gate, which forces you to make big detour around a building site.

Interesting concept of an old Arsenal converted to a School, Hotel and Restaurants, managed by the Hotel Management Students. Some rooms are sponsored by supporting hotel brands, mine was Campanile which made me worry of low budget but was very nice indeed. Super reception staff, accompanying you to the room like in *****S hotels, very friendly, young, smart and dapper staff. Or where you get an espresso macchiato with a big smile for breakfast?!? Next time must try one of their gourmet restaurant to Brasserie offers, not possible during my stay because they had the students exams dinner.

Really wonderful place and amazing nice people,, they take care of everything during my stay and really love the way of comfortable, classics and modern at the same time. Staff with different kind of capacities that made the best place i had never in 25 years travelling around the world. Thank you and sure see you next time!

In our room in the beautiful renovated militairy building the window was single glas and there was a bit of a draft. Though central heater is working well.

Training the teams is fine, but 15 mins for one check out at 08.15 is a bit slow.

It would have been better to have been able to have dinner a little later than 5.30pm. We didn't quite understand the way that the wine fitted in, no conventional wine list.

Keen staff and welcoming ambience, Very interesting to stay at a hotel that was part of a college. The building had been transformed in a most attractive way.

The hotel was very well located on the edge of the city centre, in an historic converted military barracks. The room was brilliant with a comfortable bed and all the facilities you would need. Parking was excellent and the breakfast was good. The most unusual aspect of the hotel is that it is a hospitality school, with the students working in the hotel significantly outnumbering the small number of guests, all very keen to help and learn, we really enjoyed our stay and it was amazing value too!

Although the staff based on students, the service exceeds any other hotels I've stayed in. any request or even desire was fulfilled perfectly. The building is unique and contribute for pleasant stay.

there was only one thing and that was the room next door turned the tv on early in the morning and I could hear it quite loudly

The building is very beautiful with all staff and management was very helpfull to check in with English. The room itself very clean and awesome. Around the hotel there is so much food shop and the locations can be reached by buss from Breda Central Station
