The restaurant management needs significant improvement AND IT IS EASY!! it is almost crazy nowadays that after you need to make about 30 minutes queue at bar to pay … if you ask the bill to the waiter they will send you and all customers to the bar to pay … so account for A) bargirl inexperience and B) all customers in a queue… I had to wait 22 minutes standing in a queue to pay the dinner AND when I arrived she asked (as to all Customers) on which table we were but of course the tables has no numbers so you can guess what: you start to indicate with your hand where you were sitting she will start to guess by asking if your order was that or that and of course the chances to mistake are super high and it everything ends up in a super long waste of time of the Customers… come on ! Nowadays you could simply bring pay at your table like in all other restaurants without wasting time of anybody

They give multiple access cards to family members based on requests which I liked but activation of each card possible only thru reception and once your card is activated, rest are deactivated which is annoying because every time if person who has deactivated card, need to go to reception for activation.

Hotel Property has lots of Amenities including a big lake.

The hotel is noisy, insulation and location of your room determines a lot of noise around you. Dinner is rather on the pricy side.

It's a very convenient hotel to stay when you need to be at location or near Arnhem for business. Nice and modern bathroom and possibility to use netflix on your tv (one of the refurbished rooms). Comfortable beds and a good breakfast.

Hotel was good. Nice staff, nice lounge and common areas. Unlike other reviews, we had a nice room, with a completely new bathroom and new renovations.

On our arrival the room had not been cleaned properly. Spiderwebs, no working ventilation in the bathroom, missing minibar, no fridge, no second night table, only one wardrobe w/o shelves in a family room for 4 of us. Plastic and paper cups give this place a cheap 2 star motel-like look and feel.

The hotel is close to the forest and to the Doorwerth castle. If you visit pls be aware that there is s huge difference between the 4 star amenities ( pool and fitness, nice lounge and bar area, good breakfast, bicycle hire) and the rooms themselves. While the first might justify a 4star rating the rooms certainly do not. Coffee machine, watercooker in the room and television a (standard) plus. Staff was nice wrapping drapes creatively around the girls' toys. That was sweet.

The room was dated. Both the room itself and bathroom could use some work. The bed was ok, but all the other furniture lacked standard comfort levels for business travellers.

The breakfast had enough options and dinner was well made. The setting in the restaurant gives you the option to be more secluded in contradiction of being in the open everywhere.

Bathroom is not comfortable, water is all over the place after shower. Breakfast is always the same. Location is in the forest and far from cities like Arnheim for example. It was just a pure luck that we have managed to go by the last bus because we could not find any taxi at all.

The room was dated and not clean (dusty). Very unfortunate the shower didn't have a door or shower curtain, which meant most of the bathroom floor ended up getting wet.

It was nice to be able to get a room suited for 3 people. The 24hr checkin was also very convenient.

The food is well below average, even for the Netherlands, both for dinner and breakfast, which is a shame for what could have been a great establishment.

Located close to the Hoge Veluwe, this hotel has comfortable, albeit somewhat outdated bedrooms, and boasts superb facilities, with a large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spacious fitness room, a tennis court, billiards table, and a beautiful park.
