Dirty bathroom, there was mold on the heater in the bathroom, below the sink as well. the room was very outdated and small, no air conditioning and stains on the curtains and carpet. Quite expensive if you’d ask me. No freshly squeezed orange juice at the breakfast buffet, food was ok.

Rooms are quite outdated, I mean, they are spacious and the beds are comfy but it seems that you're travelling back to 90s, which can also be cool, depends on the point of view.

Swimming pool (inside and outside), the location is quite nice for a peaceful stay, the surrounding area is super nice, the staff is pretty nice, the tennis court is a real nice plus for me.

Breakfast was OK but nothing special, the bacon was over cooked and the scrambled eggs very average. Room was small, and the bathroom needs to be refreshed to be more modern.

The facilities at the hotel were good overall. The surroundings to the hotel are exceptional and the leisure facilities were plentiful. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms (and hallways) are very outdated. This makes them look smaller and not well kept. This also made it not worth the price. Other nearby options provide more value for money.

The room is outdated and run down. Very thin walls, we heard a lot of noise from our neighbors. We paid a lot for a very mediocre experience.

Good location to visit the National Park Hoge Veluwe, it takes 20min by car to get to the south entrance. Breakfast is extensive and of good quality.

The structure of the building is tired and in need of updating. Furnishings and fittings were old and outdated and poorly maintained. Although the outside temperatures were as high as 27 degrees C the heating in the main reception area remained on maximum throughout our stay. The carpets in the communal areas were heavily soiled and stained. Within our room the toilet seat was broken, the bedroom windows did not open properly, the carpets were dirty, there were damp patches on the wall and ceiling and towels were old and of poor quality. Breakfast was satisfactory though lacking variety and failed to cater for food intolerances.

The location is superb with easy access to main arterial routes. The room layout was good and the balcony provided excellent views of the beautiful gardens.

Rooms look terrible, old fashioned, horrible colours, not clean. We had no water pressure in our room - not the faucet nor the shower. The shower water was brown in colour and when we complained at reception we were told there was nothing they could do about it but ‘at least it wasn’t harmful so that was something to be thankful for’. The staff were generally incompetent and have no concept of service; we were told that the elevator was broken and we’d have to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs… only when we really insisted the receptionist had the presence of mind to look for a room on the ground floor. The restaurant staff were awful, took forever for food to be brought out, then only brought napkin but no cutlery, forgot to bring through orders. The risotto was disgusting and salty. We will definitely not be staying here again. This hotel is a joke.

the employeers... the reception and the restaurant

The property is fine the only thing you don't feel good in this hotel is the employeers they look to you like you stay for free , when i go to bar they act they are so much busy but they was not , i belive they are rude ! ... in the rest hotel it's nice and the room but i don't feel uncomfortable!
