There is no parking for the hotel therefore we had to pay for public parking during our stay.

Staff were friendly. Hotel is nicely decorated. Room was clean and comfortable, bath was lovely! Mini fridge in the room which is always a nice addition. The Locals restaurant was delicious and they were really accommodating for my lactose intolerance! Location is great, close to everything.

Room would be a little cramped for two but I ended up travelling alone so no problem.

Location perfect for train station and for gigs at Luxor Live. Plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Over priced for what it is. I have more pictures but can not post all. I will place on Google. The room was dusty, mould on bathroom ceiling. Wallpaper peeling off, coffee machine leaks, no bathroom ventilation, shower screen leak. Basically just very out dated and tatty. However the restaurant, lobby and main toilets are very very nice. Breakfast was good but no need to have everything in little jars. Very unhelpful and time wasting. €45 a dog and €45 for a baby crib. We did not get the crib and slept all in one bed. Rediculous prices. Just like room service which is €10 a time.

Food at the hotel is great Kimchi burger is delicious. Breakfast was also good.. Staff very friendly and helpful.

In the loft room, downstairs was freezing cold. In the upstair rhere were not enough lighting we had to use our phone light to see and find stuff.

They turned off the heating during the night, so I woke up in a freezing room :| . I wished they would have announced me that they don’t offer heating services at night. Also, the room was quite small.

The hotel smelled wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The sauna was nice.

We had a wonderful experience at this Hotel Haarhuis, very comfortable, the staff at this property are all great extremely accommodating the service was exceptional as well 😊i highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown 👍

Room was quite small, but adequate. Its a pity that the restaurant was fully booked for dinner on each night, no tables kept for hotel guests.

Check in and check our were very prompt. Staff very helpful Room seemed to be newly refurbished with a comfortable bed. Although the room was at the front of the building, there was no traffic noise. Breakfast had a good selection of a variety of food and fresh orange juice and good coffee. Very good location for station, shops and restaurants.

The tablet in our room that has the hotel info on it did not work at all and the TV in the room also struggled a bit with remote signals, and needed to be restarted a few times before it worked properly.

The hotel is so well decorated and stylish, it feels so luxurious to be there. We were very surprised to find out that our room had its own private courtyard that could only be accessed from our room and we booked the cheapest of the room options. It was just a great hotel.

The fragrancies in the corridors is a bit too intense, in my opinion. The snack bar doesn't have many options for a snack or light meal.

Great location. Initially the room was not great but asked to move to a different room and the staff was very nice and moved me.
