Bit of road noise even up in the 3rd floor. Skylight only in room, so no view. Garage parking not so easy to find at the back of the building and involved calling reception so I saved myself the money and just parked in their courtyard.

I usually stay at the Delta in Vlaardingen when on business in Rotterdam, but it was full on this occasion so I was forced to try somewhere else, and went with this place on the basis of the ratings. Friendly staff, big room (if a bit sparse), looks like it's been recently modernised. Breakfast was an OK buffet, nothing special but good enough. Evening Asian menu was excellent, and very good value.

Hotel needs more staff, there was one lady constantly running around answering the phone, checking people in and then also running after people to pay for their breakfast and writing room numbers down. The breakfast was not worth €15 at all. scrambled egg and over fried dry bacon was the only hot food. They could have at least added beans. The rest was orange juice, hot drinks, yoghurt, croissants and fruit. If the hotel wasn't so far away in the middle of nowhere, I would have gone some place else to eat. The restaurant dinner food was lovely, nice ribs, shrimp curry, fried rice and dim sum A 🌟

The fridge was empty- e.g. no water available. It was very far from the city centre- a 15 minutes drives which cost 40 euros per single journeys. The hotel can book a cab which takes up to 20 minutes to come- not so great if in a rush.

The hotel is new, but it seems still not completed and furnished. Also, our room viewed a construction site with heavy machinery doing some ground work.

Was on 3rd floor under the roof. Bed was tucked in underneath sloping ceiling between 2 walls making hard to get in bed. Also the main light switch was placed near the headboard so difficult to access also. Plenty of wall space but no full length mirror.

The only thing we did not like is that it was far from everything. Especially when it was raining we had a long walk to get the metro.

We booked the hotel on the same day as we had another hotel booked which was a disaster and we could not spend the night in and so we booked this hotel in just 5 minutes. We had a 25 minutes walk with luggages. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only problem is that restaurant was not open and was a problem finding somewhere else to eat at that time. The area is very nice and quite. Only problem is that it was far from everywhere but still a ice experience.

My room was much bigger than usual I found. I had nice view from my windows. I like that I have a fridge at my room too. It is nice place to stay. Only pillows could be more comfortable (they were kinda cheep).

There was no coffee machine and fridge in our room (the other deluxe rooms had coffee machines). I would expect to have a fridge in a deluxe room, specially during the summer. The safe box was too small. The breakfast was too expensive for what the hotel offers.

The location was perfect for us. The (deluxe) room was huge and the bathroom was nice. Special shout out to the cleaning staff!

Reaching the hotel by public transport is hit or miss, buses only run every 30 minutes and are sometimes cancelled.

There wasn't hairdyrer in the room, couple of electrical outlet didn't work. Also, toilet brush was missing.

Very nice hotel with the good train connection with the Rotterdam central. Staff was really friendly and they let us do earlier check-in.

Klantvriendelijkheid! Very friendly staff, the receptionist in service when I arrived had a lovely smile and made me feel very welcome! The room I stayed in was great, it surpassed any expectation I could have. Very cozy, nice design/decoration. I was even able to enjoy the sunset from my room. Definatelly recommended.
