Just passable hygiene. Old and scratched furniture. Hotel room door doesn't close properly. Altogether shabby room, significantly overpriced. Lots of house rules apparently aimed at obnoxious teenagers (not allowed to eat or drink in hotel room). Surprised by expensive parking and tourist tax, although it was a business trip.

The cubbard in the room was not only ancient style it did not really come up to a standard modern furniture. It was shabby and not suitable for elderly people.

the breakfast was quite good with a great variety of possibilities and covered european, english and americal style. The beds were quite comfortable.

Bar was not staffed. No cocktails. Packaged lunches were always the same and one day, one was missing all the sandwiches. The staff barely apologized and did not apply a discount on the bill. At the restaurant, we were not asked how we wanted our meat cooked (rare-medium-well-done). Had to request more fries (only one portion for 3??) Decoration is old-fashioned. The area is very nice but the interior of the hotel is a little bit dated although there is potential.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Location. Possibility or renting bikes. Large parking.

I didn’t like that when I chose a place with spa and pool, I need to bring my own robe and towels. Everything is extra payed. We stayed at Comfort room- the only thing of comfort was the nice size room. Bathroom tiny and shower uncomfortable to shower. Bed, combined of two single is moving around with you, sliding.

The hotel looks nice, very elaborate. Food was great, service excellent

The impression from a nice stay was spoiled during the moment of checkout. I received a bill that was slightly higher than expected, on my question why receptionist informed that there were two people having breakfast this morning. I asked her to double check as this must be a mistake - I am staying on my own. Receptionist invited two other staff members who insisted that there was another person with me during the breakfast (?). Which is quite funny, because obviously I was the only one on my table. In the end staff members have apologized for this misunderstanding and presented me a souvenir as a compensation. I find it unacceptable to add random items to the bill of a guest and keep insisting that the charge is correct and the guest must be delusional. The processes of registration of the usage of services and communication among staff must be improved internally in the hotel. So my advise is to carefully check what was added to your bill and be prepared to spend some time on the discussion.

The hotel has offered what I was looking for in order to spend some time on my own and recharge the batteries: nice ambiance, quietness, gym & wellness. The location is great with the forest around suitable for long walks.

The staff was so rude unprofessional .I received call from reception at 7 am requests me to leave the hotel now or they will call the police ,i asked them about the reason they said that the manager decided and i must to leave immediately .i refused and asked them to call the police or give me back my money they refuse it was very bad experience .I left the hotel without any explanation.

the structure is like stucked in the 90s, probably never renewed since then. Parking 7,50€/day. Sauna just available if you pay extra, free entrance in the swimming pool but the water is not warm at all. Rooms are basic, nothing special.

the breakfast was too basic for 4 stars and doors of the rooms were extremely loud when closing. every morning we woke up to this sound, which is not very pleasant experience

What I didn’t like (to put in mildly) that I got charged while checking in for (in my case) ~10% extra charge for parking fee of €7,50. Due to the remote location there is no other option to park the car here. i used to love the clarity in the Booking App : the breakdown of the room rate. That’s the price to pay (“including taxes and fees”) This ‘obligatory’ extra is apparently listed 3 screen scrolls down in the App (under ‘car rental and assistance needed’). Rooms appear as out-dated.

too big, old and stuffy, penny pinchers- nickel and dime you for every service, towel etc. Was a wedding in site the evening we were there- music was blaring and loud well past midnight. Room was unnecessarily big and bathroom very small. Spent most of the time wandering around trying to find pool, sauna, etc. Kinda outdated and separated to ensure you pay for everything you do on site

Staff at the reception told us first that spa (sauna) was not included and tried to charge 10 eur per person, even though it says on their webpage that it's included. Bathrobes and slippers will cost you 10 eur to rent. When checking out, we were offered a bill and when we tried to ask what's included, our parking fee was included twice even though we had only one car. Hotel is outside central location, but they still charge for parking.

Staff were not very friendly and tried to overcharge by an extra €100 for the stay upon check out, even though it was already paid for. They also told us on check in that breakfast was €7.50 but when we checked out they told us it was €17.50. The breakfast room was absolutely full of flies. All over the food and especially behind the coffee machines. When I booked the stay I had notified the staff of food allergies and again at check in but the menu for both dinner and breakfast was not very accommodating and there was no room service and you are not allowed to eat in your room. There were hardly any options for me so I ended up going to bed hungry.
