We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was very funky, with a super comfortable bed and nice tea, coffe, snacks. The breakfast was really excellent with fresh baked bread every morning, cheese, meats and fresh fruir, with the choice of eggs. Fresh, good coffee was served with it along with fresh orange juice.

GermanyWe were looking for a hotel with a parking lot , and so I included that criteria in the search mask on booking.com (That was important, because we were just passing through Egmond, and our car was fully packed with luggage for our trip). In the results it showed this hotel, allegedly with a Parking Lot, but there wasn't; you have to park somewhere in the village.

NetherlandsThe walls are a bit thin and we could hear the loud TV from the next room late in the evening, however one of the members of the staff asked the neighbour to turn the TV down (as it was late) without us even having time to complain about it :))
This is a little hotel which is located in the centre of a lovely little town Egmond-Binnen. The hotel is very tastefully designed and has cozy little rooms with a comfortable private ground floor balcony. We had to get away from our apartment for several days with our cat and the hotel welcomed our beloved pet with us which was very nice. The staff deserves a separate mention as everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful which made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was made of fresh ingredients and to add to the above "staff" comment, one of the staff members went to the shop to get some soy milk for the coffee as my partner can't drink normal milk, 5 stars! The hotel was kind enough to provide us the "dune pass" and help arrange the bicycles which were brought straight to the hotel door by a company based in Alkmaar, which made it possible for us to go and enjoy the beautiful dunes by the beach. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway if you're into quiet and relaxing trips.
