You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyFinding anything on the compound the first time is a quest. It is also difficult to drive directly to the room, as the territory is huge and although you can drive there by car on some roads, it is quite difficult to get oriented at once. Too many people in the aqua park. Taking into account the location of the complex in the forest, I counted on trekking routes, but you can walk there only on the paths between cottages.
We stayed at a hotel that is in the same building as the aqua park. The rooms are pretty decent, but basic. We liked the proximity of the aqua park and restaurants. The territory of the complex is also very nice with lots of entertainment.

NetherlandsThe signposting of the hotel on site wasn't great. Finding our room the first time was a bit of a treasure hunt, wandering round lost, rarely spotting signs to the hotel. Later I noticed one sign indoors in the Market area that didn't say hotel, but 'appartments'. Also, we arrived on foot, and there wasn't a pavement on the road into site - it wasn't so busy when we arrived, but this could easily be improved.
The ability to use the site facilities on the days of arrival/departure before/after checkin/checkout was great. We got there an hour before our room was ready and immediately went for a swim. The swimming pool was amazing, good slides and an interesting section with fish tanks visible when you dived down. The room was large and comfortable.

IrelandWe had paid for breakfast and we weren't told that breakfast was 8am and we had to leave at 8am on the first morning there. On Easter Sunday there was no breakfast because they were doing an Easter brunch, which was lovely too. Finally we got breakfast on our last morning and it was lovely
Location was perfect as we were travelling with a large group most of whom were stay in the cottages onsite. Staff friendly. Reception stored our luggage as we were leaving later in the evening. Rooms were fabulous.

NetherlandsUnfortunatly a guest before us did smoke which made the room smell really really bad. At first I did not notice, but waking up the next morning the room really smelled like smoke.
We had a great stay and could use all facilities of the swimming pool and indoor Jungle. The breakfast buffet was perfect and the room was spacious and well equipped.

Netherlandsroom has a coffee machine, but would be nice if at least 2 capsules would be included. since it wasn’t, I needed to buy the whole pack in the store which doesn’t make much sense as I do not use Dolce Gusto at home. room was a bit dusty.
Nice room with comfortable big bed. room is equipped with fridge, locker for valuables, has kettle and coffee machine.

IsraelI reserved room hotel in the resort for 6 nights. Of my discretion I decided to start the order for 2 nights, 1 night and 3 nights and I was sure that their Reservation office will see that the 6 nights had been reserved under the same name and address. I was disappointed that they asked me to change 3 times my rooms.

The coffee machine in the room did not work, there was a kettle but no instant coffee. We were on a different floor to the other room in on our booking we had requested to be near.

Well, that's a good question! I didn't book breakfast initially and, after being batted back and forward betwen Booking.com and the hotel I just gave up and bought food rom to on-site shop.
