Bus connection is not super easy to get to but it was ok nevertheless.

Conceptually, I wasn't prepared that there be no staff in the hotel overnight. But apart from that it is unusual, in reality it isn't a problem.

The decor is fantastic. The beds are very comfortable. It was easy to find and easy to park. Breakfast is wonderful, excellent quality, superb coffee and friendly staff.

Everything was fine - just found it quite strange than when I asked for the 3rd cup of coffee at the morning table, I had to pay extra. Have never experienced that before ?

Room 2 was ground-floor room and a fairly busy road nearby. If we go again I'll try to book an upstairs room.

The beds! The beds were very narrow and kept pulling apart leaving a hole in the middle and we needed to keep realigning the mattress. It was also too soft for our liking. I think for the price we paid, and the fact it is out of town, Id have liked to see breakfast included. 15 euros is also a bit steep for cheese/ham/yoghurt/coffee, hence we didnt book any breakfast. We were stranded in Antwerp one night and stayed over in a similar sort of room for half the price we paid.

Good instructions on how to get into hotel sent in advance . Hotel decor lovely. Room a good size. Stayed here because our families has when they used to visit us in our nearby old neighbourhood and wanted to take our friends around. It markets itself as a boutique hotel, and you can definately get that vibe in general, but then it seems to be neutralised in other areas like the quality of the bed and the wardrobe was a simple clothes rail with just a few hangers, so couldnt really hang all our clothes up. We asked for a downstairs room, but it felt a bit overlooked as it was right next to the front door, but they had installed privacy screens on the lower part of the windows. We had a nice stay but but it felt a bit overpriced for what we got.

The noise from the street outside of our window was a little loud. Took me some time to be able to sleep. But it was not serious.

Lovely room, very comfy and warm. Fabulous breakfast. The people were very accommodating for our late arrival.

A nice small hotel with a great garden and free parking. There is a downstairs lounge. The room was nicely decorated and a reasonable size, good bathroom. The hotel is a little bit out of the center (approx. half hour walk) and the nearest bus-stop is a 5 minute walk.

The staff were really friendly and let us park our bikes at the hotel. The room was clean and the toiletries were really nice and some thought had clearly been given to them. It was a bit of a walk into the city centre but not unmanageable and would’ve been easy on bike. Overall, it was a lovely little hotel and we felt we got good value for money.

The hotel was located approximately thirty minutes walk away from the city centre in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Our bedroom had access to a balcony which, on a warm evening was very welcome. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff finished 19:00 so no bar experience, however this is a boutique hotel so it is not a deal breaker and understandable. Drinks are available in you room via mini bar.
