We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A delightful small hotel, quirky and homey rather than arty. Friendly personnel. Large terrace and a charming bar. Exceptional fine dining in the restaurant with an eclectic wine list. The rooms have a character all their own, with views over a well manicured town park. Classic Dutch breakfast buffet.

NetherlandsThe room was advertised as 'deluxe' and I would not agree with that. It was nice and clean with a pleasant view and bed was very comfortable but not 'deluxe'. The toilet and shower/bath room was a bit old and utilitarian but everything worked fine and there was plenty of hot water. Lighting in the room was a bit gloomy - low energy bulbs and old fashioned light fittings. Please clean the roof space visible from the emergency door with the old tyre and mountain of cigarette butts, it's not nice to see.
Location was very convenient for me. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean with nice view of the park. Lots of hot water for the shower. Breakfast buffet was very nice with hot food although I think a little expensive for the range of food presented. On street parking adjacent to the hotel was free until 10am the following day. The hotel has a restaurant which looked very cosy but unfortunately I could not visit.

United StatesI didn’t realize how much was available it the site when I booked. I thought I was just getting a small boutique hotel but it had an excellent pub and restaurant. Walking around there was plenty of shops bars and restaurants. Also very nice neighborhood and parks Only draw back is only 3 parking spots but there is a very big underground parking garage close by. I new nothing of Etten-Leur but it is high on my vacation spots

AustraliaVery poor reception, had to wait nearly 5 minutes and only staff member ignored me. The room was ok-ish, but a bit grubby and boiling hot even though it was only 20 degrees outside. Opening the windows helped a bit, but they are big inwards opening windows that interfered with the curtains, so couldn't stay open at night. There was a fan, but that didn't do much and was very noisy. I slept very little.
Good location for my purposes, close to the city centre and easy to reach from the station.
