would be good to have the TV tuned so as to include British channels. Coffee machine not familiar with and would prefer milk not powdered milk. That said, I enjoyed my stay, thanks.

The gym and the pool were closed.

Room was large and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is also quite good. The location very close to the station and the city center is good. The breakfast buffet has a large selection.

There were parts that needed a face lift, mainly the gym this is very dated but this wasn't of major importance to me.

Overall the hotel was ideal for what we needed, close to the city & train station but the room was lovely, very clean and modern I couldn't complain and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The gym. It's in the basement, kind of hard to find, and it is very old and outdated. When I was using it there was a leak next to the ancient bench press machine, and there seemed to be some mould on the parts of the wall closer to the floor. The contrast between the old and dingy gym and the modern and bright hotel is quite jarring. If you're not a gym rat, this won't matter at all. Apart from that there was a weird smell in the closet in my room, but when it is closed you can't feel it.

The staff was really friendly and efficient, room was quite big, bright, quiet and very clean, with good A/C and a decent desk to catch up on work. The wifi worked well. Breakfast was very varied and inviting! The location is great, right next to the train station and the centre. The view from the room was of the big intersection leading to the train station, do with that what you will.

Would have liked the breakfast but at €20 per person for breakfast we were not paying that. That’s just silly money for a breakfast. That would have cost me an extra €80 that’s nearly half of my hotel bill at €230. Went in to Eindhoven and got breakfast for €15 for two people. Maybe you could do different priced breakfast so people could afford something

The hotel did not have a sauna. Not much to complain about.

Hotel located in the city centre, 18 minutes drive from the airport or 30 minutes by bus. The hotel is near Eindhoven city central station. The location was perfect. You won't need a car to get by. The staff was super friendly at all times. As a woman travelling alone, I did not experience any issues and felt safe. The pool was clean and I was actually there by myself for hours. The gym is small but you can still work out. I would like to return in the future

Nothing to complain actually, we only spent one night there and it was nice. The only thing that could be better was that we stayed on the a 0 floor room so, in the morning we heard cars and people talking outside but not that loud

The room was nice, as expected since we already knew the conditions in this “type” of hotel. They had a small mini bar inside the room, and two coffee capsules (we really like coffee so it was nice) It was clean and comfy so we had a good night of sleep like we deserved

I did not like that I had to pay for parking. When you stay at a hotel. it is assumed that parking is included and not an additional expense.

You can clearly see that the hotel needs some renovation (at least on the floor where we stayed). For the money we paid I was expecting a bit more.

Rooms on the first floor: risk of smelling the smoke from people smoking near entrance of hotel. Also the pool smells quite strongly. Price is a bit higher than other good hotels in Eindhoven.

Good comfortable hotel with large room, nice shower, coffee machine and great beds. Location is perfect for me: close to office I need to visit. Staff is very welcoming and knows their stuff
