The fact that The toilet Was not separated from the Bad made taking a shower so difficult. The floor was filled with water after taking a shower. The couch bed Was not so comfortable for our Kids and was a little bit small for two Kids.

The Personal were so friendly. Perfect location especially for those going to Amsterdam, just about 30 minutes with the train. We really liked the quietness in our room despite the fact that The hotel was in the heart of the City and close to the train Station

There was no safe in the room.

Very clean room. Decor was immaculate including the cleanliness and quality of the bathroom fittings. ( e.g. no bodged grouting in between the tiles). Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, although the only cooked part available was the scrambled egg.

Upon entering our room, there was a strong sent of cologne on the blankets and pillow to the bed. Shower was open (no shower door, open concept), had limited coverage to prevent water in main part of bathroom. Asked about late checkin and before I could say anything more, the receptionist stated they have late checkin until 3 pm, but today they wouldn’t allow it because the hotel was booked. i went online and but yet I was able to book a room for today to tomorrow.

No closet space in the room, so you live out of the suitcase. Service at restaurant was terrible with long waiting time and not everything on menu was available.

Very nice location and super clean at the hotel and in the room. Staff were kind majority of the time, and willing to help. Comfortable beds and great breakfast.

Not enough glass panel at the shower area. The floor at wash basin area always get wet with water when taking a shower.

There was just one downside, an important one. We found a dead mouse in the restaurant area while having breakfast. It was not really pleasant to see it, specially in that area...

The personelle was quite nice and friendly, and the hotel looked good overall. Not many services for the price paid, like gym or similar.

The only thing I found a bit disappointing was there was no milk in our room, but going down stairs and asking for this was not a problem as the staff were very helpful and polite.

What was not too like... The hotel had nice feel to it and looked very modern. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and forseen of all what you expected of a modern hotel, the TV had a cast/stream option and all the information you needed on the hotel and activities nearby, the cups in the room were biodegradable 👍🏻 (but no milk in the room 😕), the shower was good, the bed was nice and firm and we could control the temperature and airco in our room. They serve a good continental breakfast with a wide variety of food. The location of the hotel is also excellent, it's right beside the train station and bang in the middle of the town centre, where there are plenty of shops and places where you could eat. We will definitely be going back there!

I was told breakfast was until 11am , I wasn’t informed that was only for weekends, the breakfast staff could be a little more helpful

not so much didn't like, but personally I would've preferred it if there was more information in the room or online. Things like the Dinner menu, which you can find in the elevator or ask the people working downstairs. Or information about breakfast, which is free and you can ask more info downstairs aswel. There's no gym, which is fine ofc, but was a little hard to find online. Maybe just general info which could've been writen about online a little more! :)
