On another note, the room was not as spacious as I would have hoped. The bathroom door was crocked and could not fully close.

The location was perfect. A central location that has direct access to transportation, supermarkets, main squares and more. The mattresses were very confortable, the pillows as well! We needed the room just to sleep, since during the day we would be out all the time. The room did a good job at providing good sleep.

There wasn't any soap by the zink in out bathroom, the dispenser seems to had broken off. We could take from the shower, but it should had been an easy fix to just put some soap there.

The location was absolutely perfect! Very nice park just outside, very close to the museums. It's seemed like the fancy part of town and it was nice and quiet.

The room was really small and claustrophobic. The toilet half flush was not working. The stairway to the 4th floor was part of the WC so there was always a lot of noise. No AC was available so the room got really hot inside, even with windows opened.

The hotel is really well located and in the end the quality/price relation is somehow ok. It was clean and maintained everyday. Refilled shampoo/gel which is good for the green economy.

The WiFi does not work. Literally, it didn't work at all. Also, the room was incredibly small. I opened my maxi boy luggage and there wasn't any space anymore. It was okay at some point because I used the hotel for only sleeping, but if you plan to spend some time in your room, you do not prefer single-bed rooms. And the WiFi problem should be solved ASAP. Overall, I think the hotel is a p/p place since accommodation in Amsterdam is incredibly expensive.

Location excellent, room nice but too small for 2 people, bathroom very clean. A bit noisy at times, but overall it is a nice hotel for a couple of nights, in the shopping district of the city.

Pricing is a too high for the small hotel room which was shared by four people. The room in itself was generally clean but the bathroom had mold all around

There is no towel rails or hooks in the bathroom. Hand basin is too small, without a plug. TV is not working. Soap dispenser is not fixed. Not sure they vacuumed or wiped the floor.

WIFI is really really slow. It is almost unusable.

Very good location. 8 to 10 mins walk to Museumplein - where Rijksmuseumtuinen and Van Gogh Museum are. Two Airport bus stops are nearby and both are about 8 to 10mins walk. A lot of tourist attractions in Amsterdam is in walking distance. And Tram 2 and 12 are nearby and both go to Amsterdam Central Station.

The bed wasn't a bed It was a mattress topper on top of what I think may have been a couch style bed. Not the most comfortable. Our room had broken tile in bathroom which we could have cut our foot on if we didn't watch out for it

The room is very small, we booked twin rooms and can hardly find place to open our suitcases. It's by the street, somehow there are always someone shouting outside in the middle of the night and we could hear enerything, not an ideal place to stay if quietness is very important for you.

Location is good, veru close to the Van Gogh Museum. Staff friendly.

You can hear absolutely everything from the neighbors. I was having troubles getting a good night sleep due to the neighbor coughing at 06.00 AM and having talks on the phone at night. You can also hear doors open from all the other rooms constantly.

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing. Right next to Vondelpark. A nice walking distance to the city center. Right next to the Van Gogh museum etc. which is really nice.

The staff at the reception were rude and unpleasant for reasons I cannot understand. The staff preferred to pout instead of being helpful.

That it was on the top floor (4) and the lift only goes to the third floor.. so we had to walk and do stairs, the stairs are horrible, steep and small, also there was building work happening inside the building to our door which was annoying

We liked our room, my second time coming and this room was better, nice and warm, extra heating available
