The reception working hours make interaction with them difficult. I would say it is a quite unattended hotel The access to the structure by car can be a very complicated issue because a registration (with indication of the license plate) to the site of Leeuwarden municipality is required... and, for those like me who had rented a car at destination it was not a particularly easy thing in the sense that I had to resolve it directly in Holland, that is after picking up the car The parking issue is very complicated, because it is necessary to use a private car park, the one offered by the structure has times aligned with those of check-in/check-out and this may not be congenial, which was the reason why I decided to use another car private which was not too far from the hotel

There are no provisions for microwaving own food.

The hotel is in a very good location near the center. It is within 16 minutes of walking to NHL stenden. And there are several restaurants and supermarkets within 2 to 5 minutes walk.

The bar had only one kind of beer on tap and a limited range of bottled beers available. I'm hoping that the management will work on this and make at least a few more varieties of beer available.

The room although spartan was clean and comfortable and good value for the money that I paid. The shower and toilet was also clean and well kept. The bar I found to be peaceful and friendly, a good place to meet the locals.

The room I had although it had a hand washer that's okay but the bed reached right beneath, the room was too small and although it had a chair it didn't have a table, so for working or something it's not very convenient.

It's location is right in the middle of the city and the easy access and room distribution, it's a good place to be if your looking for a not high expensive stay and for the price i would say it´s pretty decent

Very friendly and professional staff and a dormitory that offers everything you need for a quick stay. The location is perfect - in the city centre, just a few minutes away from all sites and not on one of the main streets so it's not noisy at all.

The dormitory is a bit crowded with beds but otherwise offers everything you need. Bring your own towel and shower gel.

The staff is very professional and helpful. If you are staying in the dormitory, the services are of standard quality and a very good deal for the money you pay. I would recommend this place to everyone.

There is a section in the hotel which is hostel like and this you may encounter some sketchy characters in the hotel. ;)

Good location - near the center and NHL Stenden University. You can pay extra for a parking lot. The breakfast was OK.

The room smell a bit, not sure if it was humid or someone smoke in it, either way it needed a bit of airing. The pillow could be a bit better also.

Highlight for this hostel was definitely the location and the price, one of the cheapest I could find. It is ideal for 1-2 nights. I had a single room, which was comfortable, and clean. The staff was friendly.

Room , especially bathroom, could be modernized. Flooring is a bit dated; nevetherless although old, it remains clean. Staircase (no lift) A kettle or a fridge would be an extra plus .But excellent value considering the price
