The breakfast costs 18 euros. We thought that was quite expensive. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. The breakfast was okay but not worth the money. The rooms seem to be badly soundproofed. We had three different rooms and all three of us complained about the loud sounds during the night.

The hotel can easily be reached by car or bike. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the interior is modern and well thought trough. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help out.

It is a very nice hotel with a great location near Deventer industrial area. You will need to take a taxi to city centre though. Breakfast was nice, friendly staff. Just don't forget your card, because they are cashless!!!

Bathroom was outdated and a very small shower. Beds are very soft.

We stayed here on New Year's Eve with our dog that is scared of fireworks. The location is perfect as the fireworks can only be noticed in the distance. Multiple (hyper)chargers for Electronic Vehicles next to the hotel. Staff was helpful.

Room door alarm goes on every time you open/close the door. You can fall over the little step to enter the bathroom. Too many invoices: one by booking.com, one for the taxes and one for the restaurant. I guess the hotel manager is paid his bonus by the number of invoices he can write. Seriously this is not customer friendly service. C02 'friendly' menu card meaning most is vegetarian.

Friendly reception. Nice hotel with trendy interior. Hotel was cool inside on a hot day. Plenty of work space in the lobby area and first floor for the professional traveller. Good fast wifi. Plenty of free parking. Big terras. Plenty of newspapers available in the breakfast area. Books in other areas of the hotel. Good breakfast buffet but scrambled eggs look & taste like boiled in water.. Is anybody checking the cook's work?

There wasn't anything in particular that we did not like. Would have preferred the hotel to be closer to the city centre as the cost of a taxi was quite steep for a relatively short car journey. But neither of these points have any baring on the hotel itself.

All staff were very friendly and always helpful, they were always able to assist. The suite we stayed in was suitable for 2 adults and 1 child, bed was very comfortable. We had both breakfast and a lunch at the hotel. Food was of high quality and tasty.

For some reason the beds are on wheels and they roll as soon as you move every so slightly, or try and sit down on them, also making quite a bit of noise as they do so. Not only is it loud for you, I assume your neighbours too, as we could hear the beds moving around in different rooms too. Also, no, you can't lock the wheels/beds in place.

The staff was incredibly nice, and helpful. The room was very clean and modern, especially the bathroom was great. Large shower, super clean. The beds were comfortable for sure, but they have one (quite significant) downside.
