The curtains were torn and held on by several rings. The window didn't close properly. Very small and cramped bathroom. For several days of stay, thе room has never been cleaned. When booking, we ordered two separate beds, in fact there was one.

Everything was as described at the site of Booking.com There were very simple conditions, but location is really great !

Rooms are very dirty, also the hotel in general is dirty. Wifi doesn't work properly in the rooms. Our room had two single beds stuck to each other- so it was impossible to have it like a double bed because they didn't place anything like a mattress over them.

Two good things about the property are location and staff. Everything else is very poor. I do not recommend if this is not your only choice, it was our only choice so we stayed here

Terrible smell of food from the downstairs snackbar. The whole night people gathered at the snackbar right under the window and where extremely loud. It was not possible to sleep. The matras on the bed didn’t have any topping and the metal sprig’s where hurting. The receptionist was friendly.

Nothing was as should be. Very very dirty nothing was working and no stuff was present. Instead they were frying chips.

The WIFI did not reach my first room, so I asked to change rooms. I moved to a room on the ground floor. The room was loud, cold, and uncomfortable. Someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. This was very distressing for me. The locks on the bathrooms were broken, the rooms had a bad smell, and the security is very poor and made me feel unsafe.

The staff members were easy to communicate with.

Th location is super! So near to the center of Maastricht. The room was clean and comfortable people working here always help you if you need help and the most important this hotel is on the busiest road of Maastricht where nightlife begins🥳🍸 also the neighborhood is nice for a morning coffee and breakfast .

It’s more of a Snackbar than a hotel. Service is subpar, but friendly. Hot water barely worked, the room smells of French fries all night, and the employees are more focused with the delivery orders than checking you in and out! They even sent me to an uncleaned room, but they fixed that by changing my room. They need a full time employees for their hotel section ASAP.

You basically get what you pay for, bed, shower, and cheap. Okay if your desperate for a place, and only for a night.

The staff was hard to contact and the room was cold and extremely dirty. One of the towels we got had even some blood on it. We didn’t expect much from a 1 star hotel but a proper cleaning would have been the bare minimum.

Not so far away from the center and the main station, which were easy to reach since Maastricht is a small city.
