Breakfast didn't have variety or warm options. The keyless feature is nice but sometimes it is not working and I was waiting outside my room tmfor few minutes, happened twice

Location, friendly staff and super helpful. Spacious rooms and really enjoyed listening to all records in the room.

Not having a key except on phone - not great when out all day and phone battery dead! WiFi not great on 6th floor. Hot breakfast items were very limited and cold. Tiny cups in room and no milk provided for tea and coffee. Quite expensive for location.

Friendly staff, clean, convenient, has personality to rooms. Large rooms, comfy beds.

I didn’t appreciate electronic key via email which takes time to arrive.

Excellent location close by the Cube House and Market, this hotel has rooms so trendy for cool travellers - turntable, photo book and history books of Rottenham within room for your leisure reading. Good value for money on a Sunday night.

At night, there was some noise from the bar terras next doors, but that's nothing the hotel can do anything about.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was quite spaceous and just like the rest of the hotel had some nice touches to the decoration, which referred to the 50's and 60's. Having a small fridge in the room was also very nice. Every morning, there was an excellent breakfast (although not cheap). The staff regularly filled everything and the coffee was very good. Although the hotel is situated in a less busy part of the city, it was just a 5 minute walk to the market hall or the metro line, and there were plenty of nice bars and food places in the vicinity.

The minibar in my room did not work. I booked at Savoy because I knew they have refrigerators, and I planned to purchase some groceries which must be kept in a fridge. Luckily, the lovely lady at the reception allowed me to keep my food in their own refrigerator. The pillows are really huge and thick. They are very comfortable if you want to sit in the bed, but sleeping on them was a huge pain in the neck. I woke up several times during both nights because my neck and back were hurting so much (and no: I'm perfectly healthy and do not suffer from any spine-related problems or injuries. If you dislike thick pillows, it can be a good idea to bring your own. It has not much with the hotel to do, but the entire neighborhood is now full with political stickers. Not a very pretty sight. But I guess it's the fault of Rotterdam municipality which is too slow with the cleaning.

It was my third stay at Savoy. I arrived early (about 8:40 AM), and was allowed to check in, although the official time is 15:00. The room is large, very clean and cozy. The bathroom is huge. The neighborhood is central but safe. Every Saturday you can visit a large street market nearby (if you like Dutch cheese, please buy it there, instead of wasting your time and money on that tasteless "cheese" they sell in supermarkets!) There is a tube station (Blaak) 5 minutes away, and so are 2 trams to and from the central station (lines 21 and 24), but you can also reach Rotterdam Centraal by foot (15-30 minutes, depends on how fast you walk and if you have a suitcase with you). The reception staff is really friendly (I spoke with 5 or 6 different members, and all were very kind).

I chose a family room but I found it to be very tight in space. I would rather have opted for 2 rooms instead of a family room if I knew. Nevertheless the kids enjoyed being close to each other. The room also came with a balcony which was ok until the neighbors started smoking. All the smoke odors reached our room which wasn’t nice especially that the kids were small and didn’t like the foul smell.

Location is great, very well connected to where we wanted to go! Easy access to food at the Markthal. We requested some halal options at breakfast and the team was very generous to adhere to our preference which delighted the kids. The parking facility near the hotel is a good option. Breakfast was fine. As we booked a family room, we were pleasantly surprised by the small toys that was left in the room which made the little ones so happy! That was a very gentle gesture!

The fold out bed was very hard so not the best for a good night sleep.

Nice and quiet room. Very flexible staff. They managed to organise a fold out bed as our daughter unexpectedly stayed with us. Nice lobby area to rewind and have a drink.

Would of liked some additional choice on the room service food menu, a few more hangers in the wardrobe would have been good too.

Amazing Location, easy to get around with Market Hall just down the road, supermarket and Tram line a few minutes walk away, the room was clean and a good size for two people, plus had a comfortable Bed. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful, perfect for us!

The location was great. The staff was friendly. But as for a 4-stars hotel we expected it to be better. Our room was a family room but it was really small. It was clean but everything looked a bit old and used. In general, we were satisfied but not excited.
