Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was good and fulfilled all my expectations. Only bad thing was that the Wifi constantly dropped which made it complicate to have proper video calls. Luckily I still had bandwidth on my mobile phone so that went well.

South KoreaI turned on the heater without other electricity consumption and I turned on the water boiling kettle then the power of entire room suddenly shut down.. I think the power capacity of each room is quite low. Besides, the room was not cosy at all and not inviting for additional nights.. it is in the great location but the room can be a bit more improved. Perhaps it would be nicer with a coffee machine or so for a four star hotel.
The room was a bit cold and the lady in the reception said she would check but nothing happened. I later asked for a heater again, then they brought a heater.

PolandFor the price of nearly hundred euros a night, you could certainly expect more from the place. The rooms in the listing photos look stunning, but do not compare to what you get in reality (at least not with a one person room). Bed is decent, you've got a electric kettle as well. Overall though, the room looked a bit dated.
Kind staff at the reception. Allowed for early check-in and a nice chat. Decent amenities.

VietnamWasn't able to rent a bike most days because all of their bikes had been rented. Also pretty expensive for bike rental at €15/day. Wifi was not great in the room - could not stream videos or make video calls.
Breakfast was fantastic, great selection of foods, juice, coffee. Location was great, staff were all super helpful and friendly. Dinner restaurant was really nice with great food.
