Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Everything required was available for doing the dishes and cooking with gas (the latter I did not do). Probably nicer in spring and summer, but in winter very calm and silent which is exactly what I looked for.

NetherlandsAs it turns out the pool wasn’t available during certain times due to swimming lessons. This was mentioned nowhere during the booking process or check-in; quite a disappointment for the kids if you just changed and enter the pool with your two toddlers.
It is located at the entrance of a holiday cabin/home park with lots of playgrounds, a small restaurant, a pool and a bowling facility. The breakfast was very good and the room was perfect with an extra separate bedroom for our two kids.

GermanyI had several flies in my room. In 2 days 10 flies. Windows were closed. Could not sleep good because the fridge was next to the bed. Kept going on with noise. Checkin was horrible. Room card was not in the right place, other people toke my room card. Took my 1 houre to get an other room. Urgent help Gentleman was very kind. Reception put the wrong card in the wrong keybox and gave the wrong persons my room code. VERY BAD!!!!
