I had the smallest room, which was sufficient for me, but may bother some people.

Everything was what I would expect from a business hotel, no fuss, but everything was done right -- clean room facilities, quiet room with a desk to work on, kettle in the room, light switch and socket by the bedside, shower with plenty of hot water, breakfast with both sweet and savory options.

Breakfast was not included the price. The price for breakfast was too expensive. Breakfast should be included in the price.

The hotel is in the city center. A lot of shops and cafes are nearby.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything happening in all the other rooms and corridor. The bed was too soft. The room was okay but I find it overpriced to be an Ibis.

Would have liked a mini fridge in the room for water etc. Other than that there was not much to complain about. The water in the shower and sink was slow to drain away but apart from that everything else was very good.

Location is excellent, short walk from the train station, great links to many places and central for everything. Comfortable clean room, very comfy bed, good size.

More vegan options at breakfast (e.g., soy yoghurt, oat milk for the coffee). Also they initially put me in one of their incredibly small rooms, it was like the size of a narrow one-person bed, and the "desk" couldn't even hold a laptop, and there was not place to put my suitcase at all. After I complained, they put me in a normal room.

Good beds, good location, decent breakfast. Very pleasant no-nonsense hotel, what Ibis is famous for.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that we stayed for five days and the glasses were not changed even once.

Excellent breakfast containing enough choices for everybody. The staff was also helpful and kind. The location was very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

The room was small (double) and not enough space for clothes and no space at all for the luggage. The hotel and room felt very outdated, lights were turning on and off and all felt old. No amenities (at least have a pair of one-time use slipper) The bellows were soft but too thin and wornout i had to use all three to try and sleep. Very expensive compared to what is provided.

The location is amazing, alomst a minute walk from the central train station, supermarket and convenient store are right next to it, behind the hotel is a lovely place to walk and close to good restaurants. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The view from my room was good and shows the area behind the hotel with nice windmill and churches tops. Cleaning staff was respectful as i was having meetings in early mornings.

Location is good: right across the train station. Historic downtown Leiden is easily accessible and within walking distance. Breakfast was OK.

Prime location: opposite the main station and a few minutes walk into the centre. Clean, functional rooms with very comfortable beds and good showers. I liked the fact that there was a 24 hour manned reception - and the staff were lovely.

We could hear the noises of the surrounding rooms also they have to look out about the noise coming from the street better sound window isolation. The red chairs at the reception are too worn out they need refurbishment.

Very small rooms; despite its modern style, the whole furniture appeared slightly old and worn down.

Quiet, clean room and good bed; functional, well-equiped bathroom; nice and helpful staff; located directly at the main station and only few walking minutes away from the town's lovely center.
