Rooms were neat, and had what we needed - very close quarters, but very well situated (across from Centraal), great for tourists - access to bus and canal tours, and easily walkable.

Our room this time was very small with a small door to the shower. The window looked out onto the basement of an atrium which let in very little light, and straight into a window on the corridor opposite. There was a constant noise of running water probably from the drain of everyone's showers. I booked this at the last minute due to a missed connection and it was probably their last room, it was cheaper than the last time I booked here.

Location is great with easy access to public transport and Amsterdam centre. Staff were polite and helpful, looked after our luggage on check out.

Small room, no door to the bathroom, poor ventilation in the bathroom. The water is all over the floor after shower. Cannot leave the window open for fresh air. Poor lighting overall and lamp in the bathroom was blinking and wasn’t changed when asked. No proper cups/mugs for tea.

Location is walking distance from Amsterdam Centraal. A supermarket is around the corner, 2-3 min walk. Stuff is very helpful. Breakfast was good. Noise wasn’t an issue even though the rooms face the street.

You pay a high for a great location. I understand that, but it is pricey compared to what I normally spend but the convenience and Larissa was worth it.

Larissa at the front desk is the perfect example to train anyone at a hotel. She always greeted us with a smile and great recommendations. We asked for early check in (in advance) and hoped we wouldn’t have to wait too long after traveling all night. With luck and to our surprise, a room was free. To be able to get in and freshen up for the day was incredible. The room was comfortable. Water pressure amazing. -

Very small room— double but not fit for 2 people. No window!! Glass overlooking air shaft/- so make sure you get a window.

To be honest there is isn't anything, I would happily stay here again. The only mild annoyance was that there was construction work taking place right outside the hotel entrance and it affected pedestrians crossing the entrance but I actually feel like a 'Karen' writing it because it's no fault of the hotel and regardless, we had a brilliant time and a lovely stay. So disregard lol, they have probably repaved now anyway (We went in March) lol.

This hotel is smaller than some of the others I have stayed in around Dam Square but the location was fantastic, it's literally a few minutes walk to the train station, local attractions and shops. The hotel staff were friendly and really accommodating (They allowed us to check in 3 hours early when we enquired because ,luckily enough, the room was ready. The room was clean and had all you could need for a basic short stay, the sleep was amazing (really comfy bed & pillows) and the price we paid given the location was good too.

Not much, really - the property exceeded our expectations. Roadworks outside were a bit of a pain but not the hotel's fault!
