In Wednesday evening, an incident happened. Around 11:30 pm, I was going to sleep when I eneter the lock of my room and a man entered (with his own card) into my room was very scary. Then he left. I was really under shocked. I went downstairs and the man in lobby was saying "this never happened in our hotel before, it's impossible" implying (from my understanding) I was lying. Then, the very kind man who was working at the bar (was a very supportive person) come to me and was very empathic came to my room and ensure i could lock my room. Then, couldn't sleep for the whole night. I don't understand how someone (another guest) could enter my room with a different card. I'm really traumatized, i'll nver ever go back to this hotel.

We were allocated the tiniest room beyond the fire doors and in the stairwell. No space around the bed, no clothing storage so we lived out of our suitcase. No drinks facilities. Extortionate parking prices. Avoid. There must be better rooms in the same location.

* There was no place for parking the car, it was full and the parks were not easy to reach due to too much trafic. * Price for breafast was too expensive for the food available.

This was an epically bad hotel experience: 1. Dirty sheets and plates lay strewn across the hallways 2. Tye air conditioning was broken - I asked the staff and they said “it’s an old system and takes time”. Needless to say it did not work and was over 30 degrees in the room - we could not sleep 3 the couch sofa was broken - I was told I would get a discount on the room. I did not get it. 4. I was charged an extra fee for having booked via booking.com 5 when I asked for a restaurant recommendation I was sent to the tourist trap area

You have to pay 30 Euros/day for parking even you have reservations in this hotel. Even you are willing to pay the parking lots, they are full. So we have to carry all our luggage and walk far away from hotel. It is really annoying.

The beds were awfulll, especially when you book for 3 persons and someone had to sleep on a sofa bed while there stands like there are 2 beds availble it isnt really okay. Besides that the sofa bad had a huge gap in the middle. When laying there my back is been terrible sinds shen and need some days to recover. The elevator was really slow. You had to wait 5 minits sometimes to go to the other levels of the building due to that it was really bussy and slow.

The location is really good. The room was okay nothing special. The staff were nice.

This is unbelievable. I got a room with a broken air conditioner. I can't sleep. I will file a complaint with you with a negative evaluation. I could not sleep because of the heat and the air conditioning was broken

The breakfast was bad, not because of the staff (they are all great and very friendly!). The problem is mostly there was only one person who was taking care if everything incl. fillng up everything, and so on. It is definitely not sufficient that one person can do everything required. The hotel needs more people for organizing the breakfast. You need to wait for a looong time for a plate, a fork, a knife, cheese, etc. No one asks if you already paid for the breakfast or not. The one elevator was not working and we had to go downstairs via stairs which was not easy because there were some paintings on the stairs which were not completed. The staff at the floor for room cleaning, reception, breakfast was very friendly (and far more friendly than in Germany!).

- Heavy construction during our stay was noisy and inconvenient specially since it was during peak season for family travel. -Elevators not working and we had to take stairs up and down with suitcases and kids - Extremely high rate 320€ per night despite the construction and broken elevators.
