Bathroom is located up 3-4 steps which isn’t a problem unless you need to use it at night, in the dark. For the price, breakfast isn’t worth it. We were told by the doorman to park across the street which cost us ~70€ for 1 night. At checkout I was informed that hotel parking is on the other side of the hotel. Be sure to ask where free parking is or use any other parking location that isn’t a ripoff.

Very charming warm hotel with cool decor and very friendly staff. Room is spacious with a nice view and automatic curtains. Large comfortable bed. Separated bath and toilet rooms. Breakfast is okay butttt (see below). Nice discovery of the supplied minibar.

room was comfortable but carpet needed cleaning...I do wear bedroom slippers tho. Great shower once I had tutorial!! The breakfast was plentiful and good in a nice room. Hotel location was very good for my activities - walked to some museums and used tram for others. The help at welcome desk and in dining were very friendly.

We had two rooms - one of them had a fully stocked minibar with everything free. The other one only had water. Not a big issue, just a bit random!

Wonderful location perfectly located for all the museums plus the trams are so handy to get to local towns like Delft and even to the beach.

The opening hours of the bar and restaurant are „relaxed“. So plan to order in on a Sunday night. If you are unlucky weather wise plan activities before hand because there are no real option in the hotel to entertain or relax.

The staff was mostly really kind and helpful and tried to make our experience a great one. The breakfast bar was perfect and the option to choose a warm add one a lovely option. Location wise absolutely great. You can reach everything by foot. The building itself is rather stunning as it was an Bank many many years ago.

I have no complaints.

Loved the location of this property. The decor is stunning, the fact that it’s in an old bank adds to the quirkiness. The staff on reception were brilliant especially Noemi who helped me with all my travel questions. We stayed in a twin room on the 3rd floor, nice and quiet and plenty of room. This property is really special. Thank you for a great stay, I’ll definitely be back.

Very good breakfast. Rich selection. Very good location of the hotel, close to public transport. The hotel itself is located in the center of The Hague, close to tourist attractions. Good access by public transport to the main station.

Beautiful bustling, perfect location and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was very comfotable, nice big bed and nice detailed decoration. The shower in the modern bathroom was wonderful. Really nice hotel and highly recommended !
