We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately for me breakfast is still an issue. Compared to other 4 and 5 star hotels the choice of breakfast components is good but not overly luxurious. The only issue that chases me out of the door again is scrambled egg made with egg powder!!! The spongy fake egg tasting structure should not be a breakfast ingredient in a hotel of this calibre. With a price of 24.50 Euro for a breakfast I expect real (and warm) scrambled egg. Unfortunately the hotel still hasn't listened to this plea for years so my next visit will be again at the hotel around the corner of the A50. Quality is not only new furniture, Quality is meeting a customer's expectation.
I have stayed at the Keizerskroon since 1990 rather regularly. Only the past few years I chose to stay elsewhere for a few specific quality reasons and a certain attitude. I was curious to see what had been going on in the meantime. Loads of interior changes that have added to the modern outlook. It's a comfortable hotel with an open and friendly attitude.

Extremely comfortable room, shower and decent coffee. Also a TV (not that I used it!) of a good size. A fine breakfast too...and most importantly, excellent staff.

The kindest hotel crew I have encountered in my life. So much attention for detail. I was traveling with five children. They can be an embarrassment at times. The team made everything fast and convenient, e.g. the meal service for the children to get them to bed early. The swimming pool and sauna with fresh towels are just a delight. Breakfast is superb and so are the vegetarian meals at dinner time. One can tell the cook is making an effort for vegetarians too.

NetherlandsWe had a deluxe double room , unfortunately it was two single mattresses on the bed instead of one large mattress. It kept separating through the night. A bar menu would be also nice to have, there was the options of small snacks in the bar or higher end menus in the restaurant. Perhaps toasties and fries etc. Our room wasn’t ready for check in on time (no problem) but, had to pay for our own coffee on arrival rather than complimentary drink for the wait.
Great location, near the palace but also quiet and short drive to the town. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. Food tastes great and a lovely ambiance. Clean, great facilities and just overall great value for money.
