We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property was literally at the center of everything. The convenience of being able to step out and choose from a handful of places to eat was amazing not including that the location its self runs a delicious restaurant.

United KingdomThe only thing that wasn’t ideal was the shower was a little inconsistent on temperature, presumably due to water usage elsewhere in the building, but overall this was a small price to pay to stay in such a great place with so much character and atmosphere.
Fabulous location and great atmosphere. Amazing decor and really comfortable bed. Enough firm cushions to sit up really comfortably in bed, which you don’t often get in hotels. Friendly and welcoming staff. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and the food was amazing. A little noisy in the evening with people enjoying themselves in the local vicinity but that is to be expected and was part of the experience, and it quietened down at a reasonable time. Great view from our window of the street and nearby castle, which looked fabulous by night. Just 2 doors up from the museum. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was simple and nice. Nothing hot but had all we needed to feel full. The location is amazing. We were there when restaurants could.only stay open til 8pm so everything closed early but could imagine it's quite vibe there under normal.circumstances. Rated as a 2 star hotel and I thought it was real value for money. Room was comfortable and fan was perfect for the hot nights. We stayed an extra night. Enjoyed it...

FranceYou can't consider it an hotel room as it is too noisy to be able to sleep there. The delivery man at 6.30 am, the restaurant kitchen ventilation at 8am and at night the techno music until 11pm. If you are looking for a night of deep sleep, just forget it. A Nightmare

United KingdomWe had initially asked that there was a lift to get to the first floor. Unfortunately, one of our friends was unable to travel and another person came in their place. There was no lift and the stairs were not easy to negotiate.. It would have been impossible for the original person to have got upstairs.

AustraliaIt is VERY VERY NOISEY at night this is right in the middle of the busiest street in town. You can't sleep till 2 am. Then in the morning, all the deliveries wake you up very early. Nightmare. Breakfast was ham and cheese a boiled egg and bread. Not for me! The room is very very dark. No air con. Just a very nosey fan.. Do not stay here! Valkenburg is very very expensive too.

NetherlandsThe room was uncomfortable , A gloomy room with no comfort. The location was in the centrum , but it also meant that it got very noisy with party music and I couldn't sleep at night. While keeping the window open due to summer , lots of smells were coming. It was such an unpleasant stay. The room does not look like the pictures. The room was fully painted in dark paint with old lamps and dust under the bed, no couch. You could constantly hear noise from the restaurant Below , with doors being banged , vessels being moved etc.
Location was in centrum. But at night, party music was too loud and I couldn't sleep.
