I think the check-in/checkout window could be a bit longer. However, the host was accommodating so this was not a massive issue.

The host was very welcoming and flexible. The B&B is in a beautiful area, only 15 minutes from Amsterdam central by tram.

It was clean, easy to get to, - they provided excellent directions. Auro was very kind and incredibly helpful, with directions and suggestions for restaurants and places to see. Fun to wake up the next morning and realize that you were sleeping below the water level. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and they were accommodating for our gluten free needs.

Really cool location on the water, on one of the newly built islands east of the city center. Short walk to the tram, 10 minute ride to Centraal. Auro could not have been a nicer host, with tips on transportation and the area. We had lunch at an outdoor market in Ijburg based on his recommendation, and were able to find our way around quite easily. Houseboat itself was very interesting. Comfortable and quiet rooms and great great bathroom facilities. Our family of five fit well in two rooms.

It’s a lovely quiet area and the whole floating house was beautifully decorated, my room was very cozy and had everything I needed, perfect stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and had lots of recommendations, plus made an excellent espresso each morning :)

The price was too much for the B&B, too expensive breakfast and too high amount for having a small dog with us.

Everything! I wanna live there myself! The host, Auro was absolutely incredible, super friendly and helpful. The property is located in a stunning place, 15 minutes (or less) away from the central train station. There are restaurants and transport near by. House is beautifully decorated, room was spacious and beds were comfy. The concept of staying in a floating villa is just amazing.

I liked everything.

It is a floating house in a row of small houses with a terrific view. It isn't too far from the 26 tram that goes to Central Station. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I will stay here whenever I am in Amsterdam.

A very nice and special place for a stop in Amsterdam. The location is good, as the public transport station is very close. Not too many places to eat in the area. Auro is very helpfull and welcoming, gave a great explanation about the area and Amsterdam. Great hat there is an available parking

La Corte Sconta is a GREAT location in one of the most interesting spots in Amsterdam. Staying on a floating house that you can reach in 12 minutes by tram from the Central Station has no price. The staff is very kind, rooms are clean, the area is stunning... if you love new architecture and water, this is a must be place. TOP

Fantasticly hospitable host and practical location just a short tram ride from Central Station. All the essential amenities included. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't too warm, even though the days were quite hot.
