We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BelgiumIf you're looking for a luxurous, trendy hotel, than this might not be your thing. The description on the website is accurate though, so I knew what I was in for and had no complaints whatsoever.
I booked a basic room, and that was exactly what I got: a decent place to stay. Bathroom facilities were shared, but clean, so no complaints on that front either. Furthermore the owner was very friendly and caring, there's a spacious parking lot, the breakfast is OK, and the hotel is nicely situated. You kinda get the feeling that the time stood still in this hotel, which added an extra charme.

NetherlandsIt can be loud at times as there is a bar downstairs. There is only one toilet and two showers, which can be quite problematic if all the rooms are occupied. The room was very small, it was hard to move around the bed with the window open.
The location of the hotel is very nice, we had a room facing all the green area of Ingendael. The hotel is old, but everything was clean, towels and shower gel/shampoo were provided and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, it provided quite a variety of food. The garden is nice to spend some time outside. Staff was friendly.

Great value voor money. Rooms where basic but clean and had comfy beds. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are shared facilities, but alway close by the room. Room : Too cold for this space, the radiator js hardly sufficient, we could hardly sleep the night Service : We were greeted well but we were told we had to pay 65 eur to get a room with attached toilet. We thought that was included during original booking. OFCOURSE we had to accept it. Amenities : no toothpaste available, so bring your own! When asked about it, we didnt get a nice response

NetherlandsAvoid getting room 3 as it is directly adjacent to the shared toilet being used by the occupents of all 15 rooms on that floor. The industrial noise level producing ventilator in the toilet will wake you unless you're in a deep coma.
