Room was smaller than we were expecting (even though it’s not advertised a big room). With 2 large suitcases from our international travels it was tight to navigate the room as there was no space to store luggage/clothes.

I wish there was some small fridge in the standard room. Also, there were some sewers issues as it smelled in the hotel a bit.

Nice room, decent employees, pretty good breakfast, nice scrambled eggs. Quite big tv with youtube on it. I loved the view from my window.

Nothing to do with the hotel. But was asked to buy cocain 3 times outside the hotel. Cars stop at the hotel and ask from the car window to buy cocain.

The shower drain was too slow causing water to fill up. Reported this to the front desk but no improvement at all. Could hear people walking upstairs at night which was a bit annoying.

The hotel is about 10 mins' walk from Rotterdam Central Station. The view from our room was great with large windows. Breakfast was quite good at a discounted price of EUR 17.5.

I would have liked better lighting in the bathroom - all lights are very dim mood lighting, which makes it very difficult to apply makeup! I also could have used a second sheet, the bed came with only one comforter.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and it was very dark at night (good for sleeping!).

Space is clearly "precious", the rooms are quite small, not unacceptably small though. I always use the stairs even if I was at the top floor, however when leaving with the luggage I had to wait some time for the elevator

What matters for me the most is a comfortable bed and a good shower. Both were very good. Also the overall appearance is quite pleasant, modern and not cheap looking, although maybe a tad too dark, but that is personal taste.

There is no refrigerator in the room. The room is a bit small and does not have enough place for clothes, luggage etc.

The location of the hotel is about 10 minute's walk to the city centre. The staff was friendly, I didn't have any problems during check-in and checkout.

There was a bad smell in the hotel lobby such as a drainage smell. Stairs are extremely narrow so if the elevator is not available, it is quite uncomfortable to use the stairs.

The interior of the hotel was super super stylish, bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The location of the hotel was good, walking distance to the train station, bus stops, cafes and shops.

Breakfast has limited hot food choices. Very few, if any, quality dining options nearby.

High-quality small boutique hotel within a safe and luggage-friendly 15-minute walk of the Rotterdam Centraal train station. Excellent you of a size good enough for 2 people. Very good ventilation system in the room (actually works as advertised, unlike many hotels). Faces an open recreational park area so lots of light and not noisy. Hotel has bikes available to rent, which was a nice option. Nice lobby/dining area, suitable for an evening drink.

There was not really anything not to like about the property except for the drainage smells on ground floor this could of just been a one off maintenance problem. However, breakfast could of had a better choice it seemed rather limited and was quite sparce at our chosen time of breakfast at 9.30 am on each day.

Zero soundproof between walls, you could hear people from above, bellow or right next to you talking. Same goes for the bathroom in the room, the door is literally the cheapest that also has no soundproofing. The lights are really poor in the bathroom and room as well. You could not walk on both sides of the bed as room was really small, and I opted for standard room, not the cozy(smaller one)... ok experience, but I doubt I will choose this location again. Also for 100+ euros a night, to have the room equipped with single use plastic cups was just sad...

Not much as the location was quiet around the school, it is about 10-15 mins walk to the centrum.

Breakfast was simple... but if having it for a couple of days in a row, it would have been dull.
