the rooms are really small and if you are over 1,70 height, you probably Wont be able to strecht your legs in the bed. i slept in a room with a lot of mold and our Shower had no curtains, so it made the tiny bathroom super flooded.

i like the localization (2 minutes from NEMO museum) and I had no Trouble finding the address. besides, the fact that the boat doesnt move so you dont feel sick

You can hear people from the room next to you. Every whisper. 😄 But it was not really big problem for me. I could sleep and it served its purpose. The room was small but what to expect on the boat - I have to mention that I'm a tall girl and I could fit there and had a comportable sleep anyway.

It was really cool accomodation on the boat. The price was affordable and the breakfast was also included what I appreciate. The location was great, the metro station was near by and I could go by a walk to the city. The communication with the owners was easy. I would recommend you to stay there if you don't need too much luxury - you can have an untraditional experience on the boat.

Bathroom is shared between two rooms. My personal belongings worth $70 got stolen and staff wasn’t really interested to help me solve this issue. Rooms are extremely small, it’s either you or your luggage there, staff wasn’t in the best mood for most of the time, water in shower didn’t go away every morning.

Great location and the dog was soo cute - that’s about it. 😟

1. The ship you are expecting to see is a sail ship like the picture you advertise but in reality it far from that, it did not have anywhere to sit in the lower deck and there was a very small bench on the upper deck. the upper deck was full of junk and looked in disarray.

It s a boat, spaces are narrow i know, but the room was veeery small. i took a room for two all by myself and could not phantom how 2 people would be able to fit. For one was ok though.

The boat is very charming, the breakfast was nice and the position is superb. Not the easiest to find but the host readily replied to my call and lead me there.

1. It’s not the beautiful sail ship in the picture. It’s a barge. 2. Barely enough space for two people to stand up in the cabin at the same time. 3. The walls are thin, so you will hear any noise your neighbors choose to make. 4. The bathroom is shared between two adjacent cabins, each of which can access it via a sliding door. Before entering the bathroom or taking your clothes off, check that you have locked out the other cabin. In our case, the other cabin’s sliding door was broken, so it made a huge racket (for 20 min) at night when the guest tried to use the bathroom. It woke us up. He even tried to get into our room.

I didn’t get any expectations because of the price I paid but... it’s worse than you can imagine. A room for two doesn’t even have enough space for two people to STAND, the only option is either you are in a bed or one person is out of the room. The worst part is, there is a bathroom between the two rooms and it has doors from both sides, which means, once you are having a shower, the person from the other room can open the door and see you. You can do the same. They denied keeping our luggage. I understand the business but the staff was very pushy, trying to upsell in a not nice way. There was no WiFi on our boat, we needed to go to another boat to use internet

The boat is not clean. The showers in both our rooms did not drain, so you either have to stand ankle deep in someone else's cold shower water or don't shower (since you share a shower/toilet with the adjoining room, you have no idea whose shower water you're standing in). The shower head wouldn't stay in place, the heat adjustment was broken so 38° was the warmest you could have. The bottom 30cm of the shower curtain was filthy and mouldy. The rooms are so small that you can't put two backpacks in there and stand in there as well, so getting dressed is problematic and you can't dress in the shower, it's too small and wet (shower doesn't drain). You might decide to put up with this if it was dirt cheap but we paid AU$1000 for 2 nights for 3 people. The photo shows the entire size of the room (taken from the corner).

The only negative is the broken door to the toilet of our neighbors. Because of this, we heard absolutely everything, all night. Since they are kshe and were very loud.

so that the boat is compliant with the Harbor they explained to us that the mast have to be taken down - this makes the boat look very different however the atmosphere remains the same. we stayed there with friends and it was ok to share a bathroom as the bathrooms are between 4 people.

location is fantastic breakfast is on another boat and is excellent the welcome service was good and staff very friendly option to store bags for free the next day while enjoying our last day in Amsterdam

Great stay! I was travelling alone and this boat was a great way to make friends :) It met my every expectations. The location is amazing as just next to central station. It was super easy to walk around the main attractions in Amsterdam. Perfect for a short stay in the city. The manager and the employees were very kind, attentive, but especially friendly. This made my stay at the boat worth it. Overall the place was clean and relaxed. As a plus, they also have an adorable huge dog. Very satisfied :) will surely come back!

Thank you for an amazing stay! We loved the breakfast, with all the different options. From my room I could see the water, we were close to the centre with all the restaurants and museums. The staff was really friendly too, they were an important part of the good time at this boat. Overall, if you are looking for a special experience in a cozy place, the Liberté is the boat for you.
