The automated checkin, is really a bit strange. We were able to go into the restaurant to have someone lock up our luggage until check-in. Then later the restaurant manager was able to get us a key to our room. The hotel in the past was very large. Most of the hotel has been converted to living quarters. Only a few rooms remain to rent.

It was within walking distance of kukenhoff gardens in Lisse. The restaurant was great.

No front desk or available staff. I had some questions and also worried i’d need more toiletries at one point. The kiosk has a call for help option but no one ever came out. The restaurant staff does what they can but they are not hotel staff. The restaurant could have a lot better service. The food was excellent, but it seemed disorganized and very long wait times for a solo traveler in a non crowded time. I wish there was a room service option. The vending machine was a good option in a pinch or for. midnight snack. More English TV channels would be great.

Great location for visiting Keukenhof (about a 15 minute walk if you enter through the parking lot by the bikes, longer to go all the way around to drive in entrance) Very modern, clean, comfortable, secure.

The corridors are noisy

The room was spotless, well furnished and with an excellent shower. The location was ideal for our visit and served by bus routes within minutes of the hotel.

our room location as the window looked right out to the casino so we could not open the blinds, our room had no number on it, and the “auto check in” process. We never got our first breakfast that was included as no one knew. It was not clear who was in charge of the rooms.. the restaurant people or who? felt like we were left to figure it out on our own.

A rather strange venue on first impression - with self service check in for the hotel, an attached casino and apartment block. We were worried when we arrived that these may have been noisy, but in fact we experienced no disturbance. Despite other reviews, we found no difficulty with check in. Price was a bit high for size of room / facilities.

Good location for visiting Kuckenhof gardens. Inclusive dinner package in restaurant was good quality and choice. Staff friendly and helpful.

tiny room . no clothes closets or storage . things out all over the floor, water easily running out of the shower stand…hotel restaurants closed at 8:30 pm at night while no bars and restaurants nearby . had to take McDonalds nearby if back hotel late

The room is really small for the price. The check in and check out on the kiosk was challenging. There was a really loud repeating noise around 7:30am on a day that we didn't need to wake up early.

It was a clean room and it was quiet. The location is close to the Gardens and easy to find.

Nobody at front desk was weird. No dinner service on one of the nights we were there.

Proximity to Keukenhof and downtown Lisse. Also bike safari started right at hotel. Great as we were on foot from public transit. Picked due to accessibility from public transit from Amsterdam.

Very disappointed with the so called “breakfast”. it was just a small table with “cold” options. If you are looking for a “warm” breakfast then you have to spend additional money and time by going somewhere else.

Very friendly staff. One part of the hotel is already remodelled and looks modern and inviting, according to the receptionist renovations on the rooms will Start end of 2021, even now the rooms are comfy and clean.

It was written in our booking that the breakfast is included while it's not. So make sure you have at least some snacks if you arrive late. McDonalds is not far away from the hotel or you can order food with delivery. No staff at the reception at all in early morning and late evening. You have to make a call to ask for some help if you need it. Also if you check in late (there is self check in system there). Our room was on the ground floor so we couldn't open the curtains as it was a parking outside and people walking.

Big room, new furniture, big bed, comfortable climate in the room. The hotel is located close to the bus station where the bus from the airport stops.

It was unmanned and trying to check in was extremely stressful as I was travelling solo and had nowhere else to stay. They have a landline telephone that no one picks up or a mobile that eventually got answered after numerous calls. I was able to check in after 45mins of frantic phone calls to their emergency number. The hotel provided no towels yet the website stated they did, messaged on booking.com and someone got back 20mins before check out when I had already checked out which was pointless. Literally no staff to be found anywhere to ask for anything I needed. The room although clean, the bed lined smelt like it hadn't been changed. I would not stay here again.
