There is no parking at the property unless it is valet parking. There was a great nearby solution, though.

The room amenities were the best. The bathtub was amazing. The personnel was professional, and we had a great stay.

The staff and in general processes very quite annoying. You have to pay a deposit of 200 euros, and yet you have to wait at the checkout for the to go manually check the mini bar!

It is a very good value for money. The bathroom jacuzzi was really nice and we had a great view.

First night there was no parking available. So we had to go to a nearby public parking and that happened to be closed. Came back to the hotel and they provided another address for parking nearby. At this point we spent over an hour trying to figure out what to do and where to park. We were extremely exhausted. So I had to give them a piece of my mind. All of a sudden a spot was available for us. Horrible check in experience. House keeping forgot to leave bath ropes and water and so on during our stay.

Sauna and spa leave more to be desired. Lack of instructions for foreigners. Steam room weak or not working. Lockers not working.

It is not possible to add "lunch" or dinner to the room bill. No information about the spa, swimming pool, sauna. There is no person there to care of it. No one provided a bathrobe. I was totally lost so I only used it once.

You need to be careful driving in and out to the parking lot, as it is on the narrow street. It's quite a distance of 20 meters from the parking lot to the apartment, but Lorenzo kindly offered help with the luggage. Thank you!

Very clean apartment with a nice view on harbor. Lorenzo is a very knowledgeable local guide, I appreciated hist advise about transport, restaurants and local shops.

Booking had us with 2 reservations which I don't know how that happened and it caused a delay to check-in, and anxiety if we would get charged 2x. The hotel seemed to take care of it while Booking wanted us to pay an extra deposit. Lighting in the bathroom was dim. I like more light and would not need the lights over the minibar.

Breakfast was great. The view fabulous from our ocean view. This hotel had a great location across from a tram and metro stop and was strategic to several sites we could walk to see.

Some of the bar staff were okay but the wait staff and restaurant experience wasn't great. If you're paying for 5 star- you want the service to match the facilities. Some staff were quite rude, which didn't really make me feel welcome as a paying guest. Food was very average for the price and I waited over half an hour after my plate was cleared to be asked whether I wanted anything else. It wasn't crazy busy and the staff seemed to be more attentive to other tables.

Room was lovely with a fabulous view. The terrace was lovely to sit out on. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was excellent. Special thanks to Rianne in the Down Under Restaurant who looked after us magnificently and gave me good advice for handling a sore throat.
