Lift do not serve to all floors..not friendly for old people like me to carry heavy luggage to the room and off the room.

The whole booking and invoice system at the hotel is one big pain in the a... . I booked a stay with an option of the cancellation until a certain moment. It was a huge surprise to see that at 00:00, when the cancellation was not possible the amount of the stay was charged from my credit card, even though it was written, that I will pay at the hotel. So for me it was an extra problem, because it was charged from the wrong card :/. But the biggest problem was with the invoice that I should get from them: they cannot include the breakfast into the general amount for a stay (I couldn't book an option with the breakfast included) and the invoice has a very weird form, so it is difficult for me to account it within my professional trip. If I knew those problems from the beginning I would definitely choose another hotel.

The hotel is located very central in nice building. I booked an extra spa option and some pilates with a very nice instructor Diana and it was definately worth it.

It would have been good to have a box of tissues in the room and an extra rubbish bin in the shower room.

Very central location, easy to walk to sights and shops etc. Staff were always helpful and pleasant. Spoke good English too, which helped. I had a problem with the TV which was fixed very promptly.

We could only stay for 1 night and therefore value for money a bit low, but if you stay more nights value for money is better.

Really enjoyed the beautiful mansion and the cozy room. The breakfast is freshly made and very nice, good choice and yummy. Very pleasant we could stay with 3 people in the room.

The only thing which you need to take in consideration is the stairs to the lobby and to the rooms. All the rest is amazing!

The hotel is a little impersonal. as we arrived after 6pm we signed ourselves in vis the late entry procedure. This meant we had no contact with reception or management until checking out. Would prefer a menu for choice of breakfast. Would have liked an armchair in the room not just a desk chair.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very central. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served rather than self-service, the food was very fresh and well presented. The staff were very friendly.

We liked everything, only thing that was not clear to us prior to booking is that we have to pay extra for the spa, it would be good if it is more clear indicated during the booking process.

Rooms are big and comfortable, the breakfast is very tasty. The spa is very good!
