Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyWat a beautiful location, space tp park the car and easy checkin using entrance codes. big room, graeat bed and rhe aircon is working very well; which helps if it's 30degrees outside. There are enough places to eat something and due to the scenery, it's almost feels like the countryside in Kent! UK. Anyway, will be coming back soon.

NetherlandsThere are a few things that bring the appreciation down from 10 points. Unfortunately there were no Nespresso Decaf cups in the cup holder in the main guest lounge. (They were in stock but not refilled, we discovered during the breakfast chat with the personnel) There could be some more storage in the bedroom, e.g. shelves; now one tends to pile everything (like pillows) onto one chair, leaving only one other to sit on. There are two cupboards, but those are in the very spacious bathroom. Not the first place you would expect them to be. The sink in the bathroom keeps you too far from the mirror to do your make-up or your shave and the mirror on the back of the cupboard door is not practical for those purposes. No mirror in the bedroom. The bedroom bin looks so trendy that one tends not to use it, especially since there is no plastic bag in it (to keep it trendy and/or to avoid plastic waste).
Although already 5 years in service, the place looks brand new. Good taste. It's a bit trendy but generally stays practical. The self-check-in system is OK for a hotel with only 4 rooms. You get a phone call later in the afternoon to check whether everything went fine. Very considerate. Good mattresses and pillows. Good breakfast. Great surroundings. Very good value for money.

NetherlandsThe only issue is sound isolation - we were in room #3 and we could hear literally every step and move from the room above. If we had noisier people upstairs that would really be a problem.
Lovely hotel in a beautiful small town, super clean, beautiful design, great breakfast. Keep in mind it's self-checkin, so there is no staff in a hotel for most of the time, except for breakfast.
